Forest Keepers are one of the most formidable e𝐆nemies in Lethal Company, but you can easily counter them if you know how they work.

Much like real world monkeys and apes, the Baboon Hawk is stronger in a group, and they can easily go from a brief nuisance to yet another threat to your life (and quꦍota). These enemies can also be helpful though, since they'll fight Eyeless Dogs, for better or worse.

How To Deal With Baboon Hawks

Baboon Hawks occupy a unique place among the enemies in Lethal Company: they're both a non-issue and incredibly dangerous, and they're one of the few enemies who can kill another enemy that often spawns around the 💮same time of them, the Eyeless Dog.

Baboon Hawks will also pick up and steal any dropped scrap, but don't take it to any specific location like Hoarding Bugs do.

They'll try to attack you if you try to take the scrap back, and successfully stealing it will make a Baboon Hawk more likely to attack you, even if they're alone.

Dealing With A Single Baboon Hawk

If a Baboon Hawk is alone, they're one of the easiest enemies to kill, as they can be stunned repeatedly with a shovel before they get a single hit on you. Baboon Hawks take six hits to kill with a Shovel, Stop Sign, or Yield Sign.

If they do hit you, they do less damage than most other entities, so you've got some leeway when yoﷺu're fighting them.

Alternatively, if you aren't able to defeat them thanks to other enemies being around, or you lack a shovel, you can drop cheap pieces of scrap to distract Baboon Hawks for a short amount of time.

They'll pick the scrap up, and take it off to a nearby area, and often stick close to it once they do.

You can attract multiple Baboon Hawks with one piece of scrap, such as with an Egg Beater, V-8 Engine, or a Dust Pan.

Dealing With Multiple Baboon Hawks

Like Eyeless Dogs, multiple Baboon Hawks can spawn at once, and they'll form a troupe once the total number of them reaches at least two or more.

The number of Baboon Hawks around directly affects their behavior towards you and your teammates, and any Eyeless Dogs in the area. The more Baboon Hawks, the more likely they are to attack anything around them.

Radar-boosters and Stun Grenades can both be used to stun multiple Baboon Hawks at one time.

  • One Baboon Hawk is not likely to attack a single player, or group of them, unless repeatedly approached and cornered.
  • Two Baboon Hawks are much more likely to attack a solo player, but will still be wary of a group of three or more players.
  • Any number of Baboon Hawks over five or more will chase and attack solo players, and will attempt to do so with an equal group of players.
  • A group of Baboon Hawks of at least eight, they'll actively seek out player characters and Eyeless Dogs to attack, and can easily devastate you and your teammates with their quick attacks.

The maximum number of Baboons Hawks in a group is 15, but they don't often reach this number unless you're on a moon 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:under the Eclipsed weather condition.

Against even one Eyeless Dog, one or two Baboon Hawks are quickly killed, but a large group of Baboon Hawks can easily take down one or two Eyeless Dogs with minimal casualties.

If you're alone or in a small group, and you outnumber the Baboon Hawks, you're safe to kill them as long as there aren't other enemies around.

If you're alone or in a group, and the Baboon Hawks outnumber you, your best bet is to avoid the Baboon Hawks entirely and hope that they don't see you, or try to make them start fighting an Eyeless Dog.

While it's very rare for them to do so, Baboon Hawks can follow you and your teammates into the ship and cause chaos there.
