The Old Lady at the Window can be found in Rosa Isabelle Street, but chances are you might have missed her as she can only 🌼be seen through a lit window.

Starting at the Rosa Isabelle Street Entrance Stargazer, go straight ahead until you reach some stairs on the left side. Climb the stairs and continue following the path to the left. As you go, you might hear some coughing.

If you look at the window on the left side, you'll see the silhouette of a lady and a cup of wine; that's the Old Lady at the Window.

Interact with her, and she'll mention her craving for the finest wine known as La Bleiwies, often referred to as the "ruby of the heavens." The only real clue she provides, aside from the wine being in the wine cellar, is that you can find it at the Lorenzini Arcade.
