Guarded by a strong enemy who bursts out of the hull of a dilapidated ship, you'll have to fight for your right to access the cipher's location.

Once the enemy is defeated, you can take the Frosted Cipher as a reward from the nearby vault next to the dro🌼p-off to the Ship💞 Exterior Stargazer.

You cannot take this Frosted Cip🌳her to Alidoro, the Tracker, at Eventide Hotel Krat just yet. He does not have the key to open it.

How To Solve The Frosted Cipher's Hint: The Lighthouse

The Frosted Cipher will direct you to inspect the Lighthouse. If you've only defeated Lumacchio by the time you unlock it, that means you'll have to progress even further into the DLC.

The Lighthouse is located on the other side of the Fishing Village, past the entire Ship Interior subarea.
