168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Life By You developer Paradox Interactive has announced that the game has been completely canceled following its re-evaluation after last month's indefinite delay.
It's been a rough year or so for the developers at Paradox Interactive behind Life By You, with the title having suffered multiple delays, the last of which being indefinite and just two weeks before the game's intended Early Access launch last month. While delays aren't always a sign of troubled development, so many delays over the course of such little time was a clear sign of problems, and now the entire project has just been scrapped completely.

In a statement , deputy CEO Mattias Lilja explains that while the decision to cancel the title was incredibly difficult to make, the team felt that extending the game's time in development would not get them closer to a version of the game that "we would be satisfied with." Lilja also mentions that Life by You's cancelation is a "clear failure" on Paradox's part to live up to fan expectation.
Though a time extension was an option, once we took that pause to get a wider view of the game, it became clear to us that the road leading to a release that we felt con🗹fident about was far too long and uncertain.
Life By You Has Been Canceled By Paradox
As for what comes next, we'll have to wait and see. It's common to see layoffs following a large scale cancelation, as was reportedly the case when Naughty Dog's big multiplayer title was scrapped, though we will obvဣiously hold out hope that Paradox bucks that trend and looks after its developers.
Paradox will hope it doesn't have another complete disaster like this in the future, but Lilja admits there are "no real guarantees" when it comes to game development. However, he also admits that Paradox will "a long and hard look at what led us here" and hopes that the changes the studio makes following this bad news will make them better as a result.
