Well, thank goodness, then, that we have assembled a succinct list that shou💝ld be able to clear the air. We'll help give you a heads-up on the best way to navigate the rough and tumble streets of Soﷺtenbori. Even series veterans will be able to learn a thing or two, as Like A Dragon Gaiden does certain things that no previous game in the franchise has done.

Look Up!
While every Yakuza game manages to wedge collectibles into an impressive number of nooks and crannies, Like A Dragon Gaiden is different from other games in the series in that it doesn't just hide items on the ground, it also places them up high and out of reach. With the introduction💙 of the Spider Gadget, nothing is out of reach 🦩anymore.
Make sure you are always examining what is above you. There are items in trees, resting on signs, or even hanging off the thongs of men riding boats. You'll be grabbing distant items using your Spider Gadget, so make sure you aren't navel-gazing. Some of the most valuable items in the game are 🎉hidden above Joryu's head.
When you are on Sotenbori St. you'll see that a bunch of businesses have pretty ornate signs. There are items all over these signs.
Sell Your (House) Wares And Profit
If there is one thing you can be certain of, it is that you are going to be filling your pockets full of plates. And while there is a certain whimsy to having thirty plates lining your trousers, there is a better use for them: you can sell them and make bank! Once you have collected an impressive assortment of dishware, head to a pawn shop, and unload your wares. This will be a ♏primary source of money for you in the early parts of the game.

You can also sell your unwanted equipment, and other bits and bobs you encounter. While you will eventually get four slots for equipment, by the time you do so you will be in a position where you will want to equip high-end stuff. So, anything worse than what you already have equipped is probably worth selling.
Briefcases Respawn
During your adventure in Sotenbori, you are going to stumble upon a ton of briefcases. Unlike the collectibles you acquire using the Spider Gadget, you can never truly clear the streets of all the stray briefcases. Try 🏅as you might, there will alwaꦏys be another plate for you to collect.
So, whenever you venture into a previously explored area, keep an eye outꦕ for those briefcases! Eಞspecially in the early game, when a big part of your income will be selling plates.
Typically, you will find plates and energy drinks in those stray briefcases. However, later in the game, you will also start to find Sake Bowls that will help enhance your relationship with Colosseum fighters.
Try To Stock Up On Everything
Once you have unlocked the Akame Network, you will also unlock Stroll N’ Patrol missions. These will have you doing a bunch of odds and ends around the city. However, one type of mission will have you bring someone a specific item. This will often ping-pong you around the map. So, the better approach is to just buy at least two or three of every consumable item.
If you do this, then when you encounter the guy who is craving sushi, you will be able to take a few rolls out of your pocket and be on your way. This will save you a la♕rge amount of time and make your l🌊ife easier.
This piece of advice isn't specific to food. You'll find people who want earrings, watches, and other stuff as well. I♏f you have th🎐e money on hand, just buy everything.
Investments Will Pay Dividends
Early in the game, you will unlock the Akame Network. This will give you the ability to perform a number of different mission types. Not long after you complete missions around town for Akame, you will find that you can "invest" in Akame's operation. This is absolutely worth doing!
While most of these options cost hundreds of thousands of yen, you can greatly increase the amount of yen enemies drop, and decrease the amount of Akame Points it takes to enhance your skills. While some of the Akame Investments may lead to a little sticker shock, you should absolutely dump your money into these investments now so that you can profit in the long term.
Variety Is The Spice Of Life
When you are battered and bruised, one of the best ways to replenish your health is to sit down at a restaurant and grab a bite to eat. However, you may notice that there is a little star hovering over each item. That star indicates whether you have already eaten that particular item or not. Try to eat a new i🦩tem off the menu every time you sit down for a meal. You will eventually be rewarded for doing so.
It is worth noting that you shouldn't use consumable items to replenish your health outside of battle if you have a restaurant nearby. Spending money on food at a restaurant will earn you Akame points. Even if you haven't unlocked Akame's Network yet, the money you spend on restaurant food will retroactively provide you with Akame Points once it unlocks!
Buying The Competitive Advantage
You may find that you are struggling to win at certain minigames. Well, worry not, friend, you can give yourself a competitive advantage! Check the Ebisu Pawn Shop, you will be able to find better items to help give you an edge over the competition. Better yet, once Akame's shop is up and running, you will be able to purchase special items that will give you huge a competitive advantage.
These advantages aren't subtle, either. We're talking about the ability to get guaranteed winning hands in a variety of gambling games. So, if you aren't interested in learning one of these games, but you want to get one of the prizes that𝓀 can only be obtained by winning them, these items are your one-way ticket t🐷o success.

Listen To The People Around You
While you are on your adventure, you will come across a number of people who are having conversations (or sometimes muttering to themselves). It may seem like these bits of dialogue are just there to 🌌add flavor ꦜto the world. However, if you pay close attention, you will find that they are often providing you with hints.
Sometimes these bits of dialog will provide a useful tip, while other times they will give you a clue about where to find certain items. Like A Dragon Gaid♒en has some sadistically well-hidd⛦en collectibles. You will need every bit of help you can get. So, if you see someone talking, you may want to listen in and see what they have to say.
