Beginning The "How ‘Bout Them Kappas" Request
To get this Request rolling, you are going to need to talk to the "Man With An Idea" who is found on the Sotenbori Footpath. He's sitting on a bench on the north half of the Sotenbori Footpath.
Where To Find The Kappa
While you are given very little in the way of information on what form the Kappa will take, it is actually just a statue (identical to the Lost Judgment Kappa statues). You have walked right past it while you were looking for it a dozen times already! The Kappa statue is standing in the center of the Sotenbori Footpath, just on the south end of the river (꧒so, across the river from t💜he "Man With An Idea").
Once you have interacted with the Kappa, return to the man. He'll give you a staggering 1,000 Akame Points and 40,000 yen. That's a pretty impressive haul for a request that you can complete in less than a minute (if you know where to go). Enjoy your spoils!
