What Are Aloha Links?

Once you progress to Hawaii and get your bearings in chapter three, you'll soon be introduced to Kei, and subsequently, Aloha💦🅠 Links.

Aloha Links is a social media app that helps connect you to the𓂃 people of༺ Hawaii with as little as a simple "Aloha!"

Instead of helping random folks you never see again – as in previous entries – Aloha Links allows Kasuga to establish relationships with the NPCs who inhabit Hawaii.

Aloha Links is more than just a collection minigame, as you'll unlock special﷽ rewards from your friends and Kei as you deepen your relationships with the citizens of the island.

How Do You Use Aloha Links?

To access Aloha Links, you must first meet Kei, a talkative and extremely enthusiastic employee at Revolve Bar.

Kei is a fast-talking social butterfly who will introduce you to Aloha Links, download the app o꧅n your phone, and be your main source of i💯nformation.

If you ever forget something that Kei explained or simply want to know more details, you 🐓can approach Kei and ask her to explain a certain aspect of Aloha Links.

After you finish listening to Kei's introduction, you'll notice gray smiley faces appearing above eligible citizens -- these will be your first friends on the app.

Some friends can be made ♔by saying "Aloha", while others may require you to save them from trouble or perform a task.

Friends you've made will appear with a green smiley face an♛d a bar indicating your curre𒉰nt friendship level.

Saving a friend will net you a reward showing their a💎ppreciation, in addition to an increase in your friendship meter.

Dogs & cats can be befriended🌜 by giving them the appropriate⛦ food.

Kasuga's personality will be enriched by making friends as each interaction bestows bonuses to personality stats, like Confidence and Charisma.

There are two levels to your Aloha Links relationships:

1. Friends
2. Buddies

You become friends once you interact with someone through an Aloha, proviꦺding🔴 help, or feeding them (cats and dogs).

"Buddies" status is achieved after you fill the green bar floating above their head. The meter progresses with each positive interaction with someone, though there is a cooldown.

You can track your total number of buddies and friends (up to a maximum of 200 each) in the Aloha Links app on your Smartphone.

How Do You Get Rewards From Aloha Links?

In addition to being your Aloha Links guide, Kei will occasionally contact 🥀you when you make a certain number of new friends.

You can make multiple friends at once if two or more people are close enou🥀gh when you belt out an "Aloha🦂".

Look out for a text from Kei i💜nviting you to drop by Revolve Bar. These texts will come in as soon as you meet the friend thresholds listed below.

Once you return, Kei will offer you useful items as rewards for expanding your social circle.

Friend Rewards Tiers

You'll also level up your friendship with Kei by purchasing food from her at the bar.

As with friends on the island, you must wait for the cooldown time to elapse and ideally leave Revolve Bar before Kei's friendship m🔯ete🅘r increases again.

You cannot simply 𝐆buy all the food at once to level up your friendship with Kei.

Much like with the random citizens you meet, to increase your friendship you must fill the green bar above Kei's head.

Once you become buddies with Kei, she will gift you a First Aid Kit, which will revive a fallen party member.

Build your social circle and upgrade your "Friends" to "Buddies" to continue receiving use🌺ful gear and other rewards from Kei.
