O. Dio, following his defeat, proceeds to transform into a fancy pink horse. The characters talk about some sort of legend involving this horse, but we never get an answer as to why O. Dio turns into it, or his connection to the myth. It's definitely one of the most confusing moments in the game.
8 What Wa๊s The State Of Humanity In The Distant Future?
The Distant Future chapter, unlike the others, takes place outside of Earth. A group of humans is aboard an AI-controlled ship, which is where Cube, the chapter's protagonist, was created.
Throughout that part of the game, thಌe characters allude to what Earth is like and what happened during that time period, but you never get a clear answer. There is talk about a war between humans and machines, but there is no telling what the aftermath was. Is Earth still 🌊livable? Has humanity been purged by the machines?
7 ꦍ Where Were The Cavewomen?
In the Prehistory chapter, you take control of a green-haired caveboy, Pogo. He lives in a community of other cavemen, ⛄and has to face other evil cavemen throughout his adventure. Apa💝rt from one female character, though, there are no women present in this chapter.
The game never addresses Pogo's parents, what his biological family was like, or even how he became friends with a big gorilla. With so many cavemen in this section of the game, you'd think that there would be some women to birth them all.
6 What Was Masaru's Next Step?
In an homage to 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Street Fighter, Live A Live's present day chapter puts you in the role of Masaru Takahara, who wants to become the world's greatest fighter. At the end of the chapter, he defeats Odie O'Bright and claims his title, before being challenged by someone else.
After the final chapter, he remarks how he will look for the next mountain to climb, but it's unclear what that is. As far as we know, there is no challenge left for Masaru to tackle, as he was already at the top of his fighting performance.
5 What Was Sakamoto Ryoma's Clan?
The Twilight of Edo Japan chapter puts you in the shoes of Obormaru, a ninja tasked with rescuing a prisoner and takin🍸g down a cruel emperor. The prisoner is revealed to be Sakamoto Ryoma, a figure of importance to his own clan.
At the end of that portion of the game, his clan comes in on a ship and fires cannons at the castle. Based on your choice, Oboromaru will join Ryoma and become his guard. However, it's never clear who Ryoma's clan is, what their purpose is, or why he was captured in the first place. You're just along for the ride.
4 💧 How Did The Babylonians Build The Steel Titan?
The Near Future chapter takes a lot of inspiration from anime from the 1990s, even featuring an over-the-top opening that showcases the various characters you'll meet. The focal point of the chapter is the Steel Titan, which exists in an elaborate chamber underneath a humble merchant's shop.
It's remarked that the Babylonians somehow constructed this giant mech, but we're never told how. The Babylonians lacked any sort of elaborate technology to build something so advanced, let alone to make it only operable through psychic powers.
3 Who Built The Statues In Archon Roost? 💃
Once you unlock the Middle Ages chapter after completing the other seven, you take the role of Oersted as he rescues his fair maiden from The Lord of Dark in Archon Roost. However, once you make your way to the top, you're met with a room that contains statues of every final boss from the previous chapters.
There is a clear connection later in the game, but it's never stated how they got there in the first place. Who built them? How did they become connected to those characters in the first place?
2 💦 Did Odio Exist Before Oersted?
The twist in the Middle Ages chapter is that, while it starts out as a standard RPG journey, it quickly turns into a tragedy. Oersted a𝕴nd his crew only defeats a shadow of Odio, The Lord of Dark, but then he gets framed for murdering the king. The final battle sees him taking on his friend, who betrayed him.
Because of his loss, Oersted then takes up his role as Odio. The confusing thing is that the game never makes it clear if Odio ever truly 🌠existed before Oersted sat at the throne. Hasshe supposedly defeated The Lord of Dark years prior, but we never see that exchange.
1 How Long Was Oersted In♋ The Archon Roost🦄?
The final chapter of Live A Live sees the heroes from each chapter being brought to the Middle Ages to take on Oersted as Odio, The Lord of Dark. However, he seems n𒁏ot only extremely well-acquainted with his evil powers, but also far removed from his human form. In the best ending, he remarks that he had forgotten his own name.
This begs the question: how lon⛄g was Oersted hiding in The Archon Roost as Odio? Was he orchestrating the various events in the other chap🎐ters? The only hint we get is Lucrecia being devoid of people, and the names of its locations being changed.
