Are you struggling to choose a class? Here's what you need to know about eac💛h one.
Similar to 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Remnant 2, this game has hidden classes you can unlock by finishing specific tasks. One of these is the Dark Crusader, which becomes available only after completing Paladin Isaac's quest. In order to do so, there are several steps you need to accomplish which is why we've put this guide for you.
If you purchased Lords of the Fallen Delux🐓e Edition, the💞 Dark Crusader is included in the bundle. This is mainly a guide for those who have the Standard Edition of the game.
How To Get Flayed Skin
Your first task is to find the Flayed Skin, which is available very early in the game.
Once you leave the tutorial area, you'll encounter your first Vestige, known as Defiled Sepulchre/Vestige of Ranik. This grants you access to the Abandoned Redcopse area. Follow the path downward, and you'll eventually face your tutorial boss, Holy Bulwak Otto.
After defeating him, you'll have a challenging encounter with the Lightreaper, and it's likely that you won't survive. This will return you to the Vestige.
Head back to the boss arena and go to the right side, where you'll discover a cliff with a piece of loot. Collect this loot to obtain the Flayed Skin.
Although you may spot another piece of loot on the opposite side of the cliff, you can't reach it at this point. You can return to pick it up later.
The second part of this mission requires you to locate four Stigmas from Isaac's past. You must interact with these Stigma🦩s to advance through his quest.
Isaac Stigma Location #1
You can find the first Stigma at Lower Calrath, accessible through Fitzroy's Gorge. Lower Calrath is easy to spot due to the flames blazing throughout the area.
Once you receive a prompt location confirming that you've reached Lower Calrath, follow the path ahead. Shortly after you notice some banners to your right, 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:enter Umbral realm. Here, you'll be able to spot the first Isaac Stigma.
Make sure to Soulflay it and you will get the Wooden Dark Crusader Cross.
Isaac Stigma Location #2
You can locate the second Sigma at Fief of the Chill Curse.
To access this area, 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:you'll need the Fief Key from Andreas. Once you have the key, head back to Redcopse Windmill/Vestige of Marco the Axe and unlock the bell door there.
Keep moving forward until you reach the first Vestige of the area. Here, enter Umbral realm, and in the middle, you'll find the Isaac Stigma. Soulflay it to advance to the next one.
Isaac Stigma Location #3
The third Stigma is also found in the Fief of the Chill Curse. To reach it, make your way to the end of this area and defeat the boss, the Hollow Crow.
Once you exit the boss arena from the right side, take the ladder down. Continue along the left path until you reach the second building with the beacon. Use the ladder to descend, exit the building, and then enter the arena to the right.
In this arena, the Lightreaper will make an appearance. If you happen to die to him,𝐆 🐓you can return without encountering him again since he will move to his next location.
In this arena, you'll notice a path straight ahead. Follow it and drop down. Enter Umbral realm here, and you'll find the Isaac Stigma just to your right. Don't forget to Soulflay it.
Isaac Stigma Location #4
The last Stigma you need can be found in the Path of Devotion, but first, you must obtain the Pilgrim's Perch Key to unlock the bell door at Pilgrim's Perch Bellroom/Vestige of Blind Agatha.
Note that this route can lead you to two possible locations: the Path of Devotion and the Manse o𓂃f the Hallowed Brothers.
After defeating the Sacred Resonance of Tenacity encountered in this area, instead of leaving the caves through the exit next to the Umbral Flowerbed, backtrack and take the stairs all the way up to reach the Path of Devotion.
From Path of Devotion Memorial/Vestige of Dieter, continue ahead until you reach a hill with multiple enemies. After dealing with them, enter Umbral realm and climb the hill where you'll find the final Isaac Stigma near a tree. Soulflay it to move on to the next step.
Once you've Soulflayed all the Stigmas, a boss arena in the Path of Devotion will unlock, that's where you need to make your way to.
How To Get To Paladin's Burden Boss Fight
The arena is nearby ꧑from the last Stigma that you interacted with.
Descend from the hill and follow the way to the right side, and you'll come across a similar hill to the first one. Here, you will encounter Gentle Gaverus and her hounds.
It's essential to defeat her first because she can still attack you while you're in the boss arena.
On the left side of the hill, while still in Umbral, you can interact with a Soulflay item. This item will create a bridge leading to the arena boss. Cross the bridge, and you'll find another Isaac Stigma. When you Soulflay it, it triggers a boss fight against Paladin's Burden.
This fight is fairly standard and not overly challenging. Wait for your opening and strike two or three times, then step back. The Paladin's attacks are predictable and should be easy to avoid.
Keep a🌸n eye out for his lightning radiant spell, which releases bolts of lightning that strike repeatedly on the ground.
After defeating him, you'll obtain the Umbral-Tinged Flayed Skin, which allows you to acquire Isaac's equipment.
How To Get Paladin Isaac Equipment
To obtain Paladin Isaac's equipment, return to the area where you initially collected the Flayed Skin at Defiled Sepulchre. Enter Umbral, and you'll come across a large door that was previously inaccessible.
Interact with this door, and you can use the Umbral-Tinged Flayed Skin to unlock it. This will reveal a bridge leading down to a corpse con💮taining the following items.
- Paladin Isaac's Sword
- Paladin Helm
- Paladin Armor
- Paladin Gauntlets
- Paladin Leggings
This step isn't essential for advancing the quest; it's mainly for obtaining Isaac's equipment.
Completing Paladin Isaac Quest And Unlocking The Dark Crusader Class
Now, for the final step, you must 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:reach Upper Calrath and head to the large arena ahead just before the beacon, where you'll face the Lightreaper once and for all. If you've been following the quest as intended, Isaac will become available as a summon for this boss fight.
This is the very important step: You'll need to summon him and then defeat the Lightreaper.
There's a good chance you won't see the summon when you first trigger this boss. To find Isaac's summon, allow the Lightreaper to defeat you, and then go back. You should be able to spot Isaac's summon just before the moth barrier.
It's important to note that Isaac doesn't need to stay alive throughout the entire fight since you only need to summon him for this boss battle. Don't worry if he dies midway through the fight because that's likely to happen.
After defeating the Lightreaper, you'll receive a prompt indicating that you've unlocked the Dark Crusader class.
By successfully completing Paladin Isaac's quest in Lords of the Fallen, you'll earn the Vengeful Reflection Trophy/Achievement.
