Utilizing these superstar abilities can change the course of a game, but players need to earn the right to do so as each one has a trigger that must be met to unlock said X-factor.

When your quarterback enters the zone, not only can your throws not be picked off, but your passes become speedier. This ability only works against AI defenders, so this won't affect your play when playing against other people.

Gambler supports quarterbacks who 🗹like to take calculated risks. To enter the zone, you must complete three consecutive pa🗹sses of at least five yards. However, if you throw only two incompletions, you will become knocked out of the zone.

11 Truzz

Lamar Jackson running in a black Ravens jersey

Named after Lamar Jackson’s🐻 “Big Truss” or “Truzz,” the Truzz X-Factor ability for a QB is crucial if you plan on escaping the pocket. Jackson’s dynamism when running the football is unrivaled and leaves defenders clueless as they fly by in a panic. W♚hen in the open field, however, ball security is a must.

This X-Factor ability will grant you immunity from fumbling when tackled, allowing you to focus on juking and hurdling would-be tacklers and p🎀ay no attention to defenders trying to punch the ball out and force fumbles. You can trigger the Truzz ability by running for one or more yards five consecutive times, but be careful: the ability disappears if you are tackled for a loss.

10 Pro Reads

Blitz Radar, an offensive superstar X-factor, may be a good choice for beginners or those who struggle in the passing game against the blitz. When quarterbacks enter the zone, all defensive backs or linebackers that are blitzing will be highlighted, helping you identify incoming trouble and guesstimate the time you'll have to deliver a pass or dodge incoming tacklers salivating over a sack.

Blitz Radar covets mobile quarterbacks. Entering the zone requires three QB scrambles of at least ten yards. You will become knocked out of the z🍬one if you take two sacks, though, so scramble at your own risk.

8 ♍ First One Free

First One Free, an 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:offensive superstar X-factor, is reminiscent of speedy one-cut running back jukes from past games. When the back enters the zone, your fake-out rate on your next move, juke, spin, or hurdle, is heavily increased, setting yourself up nicely for mak🐻ing an unwilling defender look downright silly.

First One Free fancies big-play running backs. Entering the zone calls for t꧑hree rushes of ten or more yards. If you take a tackle for a loss, you will be knocked out of your X-factor.

7 Frei🃏ght Train 🔯

Max Security covets wide receivers with high amounts of targets in a game. Entering the zone demands four consecutive receptions, but one drop, one incompletion, or three ensuing non-targets will knock the player out o🤡f the zone.

5 Wrecking 🅠Ball 𝐆

Wrecking Ball, an offensive superstar X-factor, begs defenders to try and tackle those who possess it. When a back enters the zone, the success rate on truck sticks and stiff arms goes way up. Trucksticking defenders is easily the most fun to be had outside of breaking someone's ankles on a nasty juke, and Wrecking Ball only improves that.

Wrecking Ball fancies heavy-hitting power running backs. You must rush for at least ten yards three t♒imes to enter the zone, but taking a tackle for a loss ꦬwill knock you out.

4 Momentum Shift 🍸 ꦕ

Momentum Shift logo on the left with Chris Jones card art on the right

Momentum Shift, a defensive superstar X-factor, is potentially the most unique of the X-factor abilities. When a defensive lineman enters the zone, all players currently on the field have their zone progresses wiped entirely. These defensive linemen revel in invoking fear in their opponents, and what better way to show it than comple🦩tely halting the game.

Avalanche, a🙈 defensive superstar X-factor, could assisไt players in the turnover differential column. Like Wrecking Ball, Avalanche supports heavy hitters, but this time on the defensive side of the ball. Those who enter the zone can cause a fumble when attempting a downhill hit-stick tackle at the line of scrimmage.

To enter the zone, players need to successfully hit-stick tackle the ballcarrier three times. You'll lose this ability, however, if you allow thirty offensive yards. Players Bobby Wagner and Jamal Adams possess this superstar ability.
