168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Preconstructed Commander decks are among the most widely beloved 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Magic: The Gathering products regularly released by Wizards of the Coast. Providing a fully playable deck for the popular multiplayer-focused Commander format, these decks are known for their inclusions of powerf🦩ul nಞew cards and needed reprints alike, making them a great option for both newcomers to the game and veterans.
With the release of 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Streets of New Capenna, we're receiving five preconstructed Commander decks, each reflective of the set's five three-color factions. So we're going to examine the preconstructed Esper deck, Obscura Operation, and see which of the cards within it are the strongest!
5 Silent-Blad𒁃e Oni⛎
Originally printed in Planechase 2012, Silent-Blade Oni is 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:a stellar Dimir Demon Ninja that can be a great inclusion in decks with access to evasive creatures. A great reprint, While this 6/5 normally costs seven mana to cast, it is more often than not going to be put into play via its Ninjutsu cost of six mana, allowing it to replace an unblocked attacking creature. This is key as when Silent-Blade Oni deals combat damage to a player, its controller may look at that player's hand, casting a spell from among those cards without paying its mana cost! This not only allows Silent-Blade Oni's controller to steal an opponent's strongest cards, using them for one's self, it allows potentially high mana costs to be subverted. If a player is able to provide Silent-Blade Oni with evasion, it can allow a player to quickly run away with a game.
4 Currency Converter 💞
Currency Converter is an unsuspecting yet potent new artifact within Obscura Operation for a single mana that is capable of accruing significant value in the right deck, especially if it's put into play early. While Currency Converter states that whenever its controller discards a card, they may exile that card from their graveyard, for two mana, it may be tapped, allowing its controller to draw and discard a card. What's important to note is that while this ability allows Currency Converter to enable itself, it functions perfectly fine when paired with other discard-based effects such as Cycling.
Once cards have been exiled with it, its second activated ability allows it to be tapped to put a card exiled with it into its owner's graveyard. If that card is a land, its controller creates a treasure, and if that card is a nonland card, they create a 2/2 rogue token. This means that for a single mana, Currency Converter is capable fo generating several 2/2 tokens and treasures over the course of a game.
3 In T🐷oo Deep 🔯
Another brand new exclusive card for this preconstructed deck, In Too Deep is a powerful and potentially difficult to answer Blue Removal option. An aura for two blue mana, one of the most notable elements of this card is the fact it has Split Second, meaning that as long as it's on the stack, spells can't be cast and abilities can't be activated. This means that it is nigh impossible to respond to at instant speed. Once cast, this Aura can enchant a Creature or Planeswalker, causing that card to lose all abilities and types, becoming a colorless clue artifact. Like normal clues, this permanent's controller may sacrifice it to draw a card at the cost of two mana. For two mana, this can be a significantly difficult piece of sorcery speed removal for blue decks.
2 ⭕ Wrexial, The Risen Deep 👍
Like Silent-Blade Oni, Wrexial, the Risen Deep is a potent Dimir reprint featured within Obscura Operation. First printed in Worldwake, this 5/8 Kraken for six mana has access to both islandwalk and 𝐆swampwalk, meanin🌠g it can be incredibly difficult for many players to block.
This is key as upon dealing combat damage to a player, Wrexial's controller can cast an instant or sorcery from the damaged player's graveyard without paying its mana cost! Like Silent-Blade Oni, this is a great means of repeatedly allowing a player to cast an opponent's spells without paying their mana costs! While Wrexial pairs well with milling effects that can ensure an opponent's graveyard is filled with potent spells to steal, when facing an opposing spell-slinger deck, Wrexial can easily recycle potent spells opponents had already cast.
1 Smuggler's Share
Perhaps the most potent brand-new card of the New Capenna Commander decks, Smuggler's Share is 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:a Mono-White enchantment for three mana that can accrue value based on the actions of one's opponents. This is because at the beginning of each player's end step, this enchantment's controller draws a card for each opponent who drew two or more cards that turn. Additionally, its controller also creates a treasure token for each opponent who had two or more lands enter the battlefield under their control that turn. As it's common knowledge that White is a color that tends to lack in the areas of card draw and mana ramp, Smuggler's Share allows its controller to easily piggyback off of the card draw and ramp of their opponents!
