The newest 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Magic: The Gathering set, 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Streets of New Capenna, introduces players to a brand new Art Deco-inspired setting ruled by five distinct crime families. While Streets of New Capenna puts a notable emphasis on these new factions, each of which represents the three-colored shards of mana, the set also contains a wide range of potent mono-colored cards that are sure to make an impact on a variety of formats. While White decks have often been criticized for their lack of card-drawing abilities, Streets of New Capenna features numerous Whi🔴te cards capable of providing a player with card advantage. ౠSo we're going to examine the new White cards of Streets of New Capenna and see which are the best!
5 ꧒ Extraction Specialist
Extraction Specialist is an interesting new white creature that is an excellent inclusion in 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:blink and flicker decks. A 3/2 human rogue with lifelink for three🍨 mana, when Extraction Specialist enters the battlefield, its controller may return a creature with a mana value of two or less from the graveyard to the battlefield. Interestingly, that creature🃏 can't attack or block as long as Extraction Specialist remains in play. When paired with repeatable flickering effects, Extraction Specialist can be used to return several low-costing creatures from their graveyard to play.
By flickering Extraction Specialist this way, not only does this allow a player to make the most of this ability, but it also resets the clause that prevents the returned creatures from attacking and blocking. While not every White deck is going to be interested in running this card, it certa✅inly has a home in a myriad of Commander decks such as those Helmed by Brago, King Eternal, Emiel the Blessed, and Roon of the Hidden Realm.
4 💎 Giada, F🌳ont Of Hope
Speaking of the Commander format, Giada, Font of Hopes is a potent new Legendary angel that can serve as a great option for the head 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:of an Angel-Tribal Commander deck. While White decks often struggle with mana ramp, Giada is an efficient Lege💧ndary Ang🌱el for the low cost of two mana that may be tapped to produce one white mana.
While the mana Giada produces may only be used to cast Angel spells, this synergizes in great effect🐭 with its triggered ability that states that each Angel its owner controls enters the battlefield with a number of +1/+1 counters equal to the number of other angels that player controls. This means that not only can Giada allow a White player to reliably mana ramp, but this creature also allows one's Angels to serve a much more noteworthy offensive threat in combat.
3 Sanctuary Warde✱n
As mentioned, a tradition🌠al shortcoming of White decks is 🌟their lack of ways to draw additional cards. For six mana, Sanctuary Warden is a 5/5 flying angel that can provide White decks with a means of mitigating this problem. Entering the battlefield with two shield counters on it, whenever this creature enters the battlefield or attacks, its controller may remove a counter from a creature or Planeswalker they control. If they do, they draw a card. This is a great ability, especially for White decks, allowing another resource to be converted into much-needed card draw. While this ability can be potent through attacking, likeExtraction SPecialist, this is especially great when paired with consistently repeatable flickering effects.
2 🍬 Elspeth Resplendant
The most recent iteration of the popular Planeswalker, Elspeth Tirel, 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Elspeth Resplendant is a five-mana Mono-White Planeswalker that can flexibly offer✃ card advantage or help to improve one's creatures. Starting with five loyalty, Elspeth's +1 can be used to put a +1/+12 counter on target creature, also providing that c😼reature with an ability counter of Flying, First Strike, Lifelink, or Vigilance. This ability allows a player to flexibly augment their creatures to better combat their opponent's strategy.
âOn the other hand, Elspeth's great -3 can be used to dig deep into a player's deck, allowing its controller to look at the top seven cards of their library, putting any permanent with a mana value for three or less directly into play with a shield counter on it. This not only can help find a key piece of a player's strategy, it can also provide that card with an additional layer of protection.
Though Elspeth's -7 is easily the card's most straightforward ability, putting five 3/3 Angel tokens into play, this ability can immediately provide a notable board state to potentially swing a game into 🌺its controller's favor.
1 ꦿ Halo Fountain
A White artifact for three mana, Halo Fountain is an excellent card that can flexibly offer three activated abilities, one of which can serve as an alternate win condition. For the cost of one mana and the untapping of a single creature, Halo Fountain can bolster one's forces, creating a 1🅠/1 citizen token. Once this artifact's controller has access to a substantial number of creatures at their disposal, for two mana and the untapping of two creatures, Halo Fountain may be tapped to draw a card, serving as yet another much-needed White card draw option.
While easily the most costly and difficult-to-use ability on this Fountain, for five mana and the untapping of fifteen tapped creatures its owner controls, Halo Fountain may be tapped t🍌o allow its controller to immediately win the game! While this may seem hard to enable, this multifarious artifact is sure to see a substantial amount of play within the Commander format, allowing White decks to draw additional cards and potenti💦ally even allow for unexpected victories.
