The Brothers’ War takes place thousands of years in 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Magic: The Gathering’s distant past to relive an epic 🥀war between two destructive forc🍒es. The two brothers, Uzra and Mishra, both fought with the might of machines and mostly ignored the natural forces of the world.
Deep from the woods of Argoth come some powerful cards in T💎he Brothers’ War. Impressive sorceries and instances, along with some of the strongest creatures in the set are all based in green. While many of the larger creatures that you might typically associate with green cards are missing, having been instead shifted to powerful artifact creatures, there’s still plenty to be impressed with in The Brothers’ War.
10 Bushwhack
For just༒ one green mana, you have two modes to pick from on Bushwhack. You can either smooth out your land drops if you find yo𒁏urself running a little short, or you can fight something. Bushwhack is going to be exceptionally valuable for taking out bothersome creatures early in the game like an opposing Urza or Monastery Swiftspear.
Of course, you need your own c🍃reatures in play to fight something, but that won&r🧜squo;t be difficult for a green deck to achieve.
9 Titania's Command
Part of a cycle of five Commands, Titania’s Command might be one of the weakest ones, but even then, it's still pretty good. This six-mana sorcery has four modes and allows you to choose two of them. The best modes are likely going to be searching for two lands and distributing two +1/+1 tokens on each creature you control.
That said, each mode can be good depending on the situation. If your opponent has a bu🎃nch of creatures with unearth in the graveyard, y𒁏ou can ruin their reanimation plans by exiling everything, and creating two 2/2 bears isn’t terrible in a pinch.
8 🔯 Citanul Stalwart
Ramping up in mana is an essential part of any green-based strategy, and Citanul Stalwart helps so long as you have another artifact or creature in play. Pair Citanul Stalwart with other cheap creatures and artifacts like Spectrum Sentinel or Mishra's Research Desk to power out your larger spells.
You can eve๊n use Powerstone tokens to m🌞ake mana with Citanul Stalwart which you can actually use for other spells.
7 Obstinate Baloth 💦
Many green decks are going to be playing Obstinate Baloth given the popularity of Liliana of the Veil. Downshifted from a rare to an uncommon in The Brothers’ War, Obstinate Baloth is put directly into play if it were to b🌼e discarded because of an effect your opponent control🌌s.
With a 4/4 body, Obstinate Baloth is a solid creature and as an added bonus, you gain four life when it enters the baꦡttlefield, 𒈔putting you even further ahead of your opponent.
6 ꩵ Titania, Voice Of Gaea
Titania is a powerful card, and one of only three cards in The Brothers’ War with the meld mechanic. By combining with Argoth, Sanctum of Nature, you will get the melded card of Titania, Gaea Incarnate. But without Argoth, Titania can be a little u🦂nderwhelming.
Sure, a three-mana 3/4 with reach is solid, and will likely outclass anything else your opponent is playing early on. But its ability to gain life whenever a land enters the graveyard is okay at best, and in a vacuum and without a way to reliab🔯ly find Argoth, Titania might struggle to do much in a game.
5 ꦿ Fade From History 🔯
In a set filled with monstrously powerful artifacts, F🌜ade from History could very well be a powerful card for green decks to run. Even if you use a few copies in the sideboard, Fade from History plays a vital role in destroying all those pesky artifacts and enchantments from the battlefield.
While sitting a four-mana might be a bit tough and does restrict you from playing many artifacts of your own, being able to wipe the board will likely be worth running one or two of these 🐷in your deck.
4 🐷 Teething Wurmlet🐼
This weird little wurm grows the more artifacts you play, though it only triggers once a turn. Every time an artifact enters the battlefield under your control each turn, you gain one life. Even better, the first time this ability triggers, 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Teething Wurmlet gains +1/+1.
Partner Teething Wurmlet with a card like Gala Greeters to create artifact Treasure tokens whenever you play a creature, and watch as your little Wurm grows. In a green white deck with other similar cards like Yotian Dissident, you'll get to quickly double up on the +1/+1 counters.
3 ♛ 🅘 Fauna Shaman
A powerful creature tutor, Fauna Shaman will undoubtedly see play in Standard throughout t𒊎he entire time it is playable. By paying one mana and tapping it, you can discard a card, search your library for any creature, and put it into your hand.
Good atඣ any point in the game, Fauna Shaman is particularly usefu☂l for trading out small creatures you draw during your later turns for larger powerhouses. With Fauna Shaman in your deck, you can also take more of a toolbox approach to deck building, with one or two copies of specific cards to help in any situation.
2 𝔉 Gwenna, Eyes Of Gaea
This three-mana Elf helps ramp you up in mana, so long as that mana is used for creatures or to activate the abilities of a creature. Casting Gwenna on turn three means, on turn four, you can drop a six-mana creature, so long as you hit your fourt🦋h land drop.
Gwenna gains +1/+1 counters when you play creatures with power five or greater, which is great when you're ramping out cards like Bladecoil Serpent, Jodah, the Unifier, or a Rootwire Amalgam. You can fairly reliably cast Gweena on turn two in other formats like Pioneer or Explorer, with one mana creatures like Llanowar Elves and Elvish Mystic to help ramp up to bigger cards like Craterhoof Behemoth.
1 ꩲ Awaken The Woods
This strange and powerful spell allows you to create a bunch of land creature tokens by dumping all your available mana into this spell. When you create your 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:army of 1/1 green Forest Dryad tokens, they ca🌄nnot tap to add mana the turn they are created.
B🐼eing both a creature and a land is tricky business, as they cannot attack the same turn the tokens enter the b🌱attlefield either because of summoning sickness. Awaken The Woods has tons of potential in other formats like Commander, especially with cards like Tatyova, Benthic Druid who allows you to draw a card when a land enters the battlefield.
