Here we are at the last day of Magic The Gathering's Kamigawa: Neon Dynasty previews. We've now seen almost all of it, and it's looking fantastic. The flavour is impeccable, the power level is a touch higher than Forgotten Realms and the Innistrads, and all those white improvements we knew were coming finally seem to be here.Day eight gives us lots more to look at, though. The 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:set booster Commander exclusives, a great dog, and the last pieces of some of Neon Dynasty's cycles mean we have a lot to get through. Though this is the last day, some cards might be revealed lat♈er on, and so this article will be updated as the final smattering of cards come down the tubes. We also know the Commander preconstructed decks are being fully revealed on February 7 in two separate reveal e⭕vents.
Eiganjo, Seat of the Empire
The final legendary land of the set🐼, Eiganjo, Seat of the Empire can channel for two generic and a white to deal four damage to a blocking or attacking creature. People are getting really fired up over these lands, with a lot of people wo🎃rried they might break the current Standard.
Imperial Recovery Unit
Vehic꧅le graveyard recursion is a tad limited as it is, and limiting it even further with such a low maximum mana ✅value makes Imperial Recovery Unit not feel particularly useful outside of draft.
Blade-Blizzard Kitsune
This is the first ever mono-white Ninja, which is neat. Other than that, it's got double strike, an expensive Ninjutsu cost, and not much else going for it.
Eiganjo Exemplar
Eiganjo Exemplar is a for-draft Samurai tribal piece, although getting two or three out at o🐠nce could be 🦩nasty in Standard as well.
Myojin of Blooming Dawn
Since Innistrad: Midnight Hunt, every Magic set has had a number of cards that were made explicitly for the 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Commander format. They're not part of the main Standard set, and can only be found in Collector's boosters and in Set boosters. Neon Dynasty's main cycle of Commander exclusives are new Myojins, Legendary creatures that only really work if they're not your Commander.
The first is Myojin of Blooming Dawn. Like all the Myojins, it enters with an indestructible counter if it was cast from your hand. Then, you can remove the indestructible counter to make a 1/1 Spirit token for each permanent you control. Compared to some of the stuff the other Myojins can do it sounds underwhelming, but a 1/1 token for every permanent including lands, isn't terrible.
Yoshimaru, Ever Faithful
Oh no, they did Hachiko. Yoshimaru is the faithful companion of The Emperor of Kamigawa, who we now know is the Wanderer, lost in the multiverse for many years. Sitting alone on her thron🅷e, Yoshimaru has been waiting for her r🏅eturn ever since.
If that doesn't break your heart, you may want to know that this is based on the true story of Hachiko. After his owner's death, Hachiko was a dog who waited for nine years at Shibuya Station wh💞e▨re he'd meet his owner every day after work. He's since become a folk celebrity in Japan, kind of how the UK has Greyfriars Bobby.
Also, the card is a 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:partner-able Legendary-loving Commander who is oneꦇ of the made-for-Commander set booster cards. But that isn't important when I have lots and lots of crying to do.
Moyjin of Cryptic Dreams
The blue Myojinඣ of the made-for-Commander set booster cycle can remove it𝓰s indestructible counter to copy a permanent spell you control three times.
To clear up potential confusion, a permanent is only a spell when it's on the stack, so you can only copy it while it's being cast. Once it's resolved and on the battlefield, you can't copy it with Myojin oꦑf Cryptic Dreams.
March of Swirling Mist
The last of the Marches is easily the best of them. After yesterday's super underwhelming green one, it's nice to see a March that is just nothing but upside. An instant that can protect your creatures or quickly take a threat out of t♈he game for a turn is strong.
Go-Shintai of Lost Wisdom
Though this isn't🌠 the only Shrine we'll see today, Lost Wisdom is the last one of the cycle in the main Neon Dynasty♛ set. While the other Shrines are okay, this one feels like it could create a whole new mill deck strategy. Who needs Ruin Crab when you have a load of shrines milling half someone's deck each turn? Also, there's very big Death Stranding energy going on here.
Ruthless Technomancer
Wow, Ruthless Technomancer is going to be incredible. Sacrificing any creature you control to make treasures equal to its power will speed up Rakdos and Grixis treasures decks so much and help with 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Orzhov Aristocrats. Treasure isඣ something some of the Commander community feels has been overdone in recent years and contributes to the speeding up of the format, so there might be a lℱot of discourse surrounding this.
Ruthless Technomancer is one of the made-for-Commander set booster exclusives, anꦬd isn't part of the main Neon Dynasty🧸 Standard set.
