As it can be used to target an opponent’s commander, it can even be used as a political bargaining chip.

While Hanweir Battlements and Flamekin Village each have differing traits, they're fundamentally the same cards. Hanweir Battlements can tap for a colorless mana and has Meld, while Flamekin Village taps for red mana and enters untapped if its controller reveals an elemental from their hand.
This is because, in addition to being tappable for a single mana, each of these lands has an additional ability tha𓆏t allows them to be tapped for a red mana, providing a creature with haste.🥃 This can greatly enable aggressive decks as it allows for creatures to more reliably attack the turn they are cast.

While many players who use multicolored decks tend to focus on including several lands that ca🦋n tap for more than one color in their decks, Cascading Cataracts is a land that is capable of mana fixing one&rsq𒀰uo;s lands in large quantities.
While by itself, Cascading Cataracts can only be tapped for a color🔯less mana, for five mana, it may be tapped to produce five mana in any combination of colors. A somewhat niche utility land is Swarmyard. Though it c♋an be tapped to produce a colorless mana, it may also be tapped to regenerate target Insect, Rat, Spider, or Squirrel. Most notably, while lands like Witch’s Clinic require mana to activate their utility effects, Swarmyard can protect a creature for free.
While it's limited in the creature types it can protect, in the right deck, the card can lift a substantial amount of weight. Additionally, decks that utilize several cards with changeling would surely want to consider this card as well, as said cards count as every creature type.
6 ♊ Tolaria W꧃est
Transmute is a stellar yet short-lived mechanic of Magic&rsqꦬuo;s past that allows the user to pay three mana and discard a card with transmute, search their library for a card with the same mana value, and put 🐎that card in their hand.
When Tolaria West is in play, it enters tapped and can only tap for blue mana, but it has transmute. Th🌜is means you can use it to tutor up any key 0-mana artifacts or even a powerful utility land.

Bounce lands are a type of dual land that traditionally produces two mana of differing colors, but require a land to be returned to its owner's hand when it enters the battlefield. As most traditional bounce lands provide mana of two differing colors, this means that they can’t be used by mono-colored decks in the Commander format.
However, thanks to Commander Legends, mono-colored decks now have access to Guildless Commons: a bounce land that produces two colorless ma🐻na.

While this may not seem worth one’s time at first glance, the land ♕prevents its controller from being attacked and prevents all damage that would be dealt to them. While the card does have a cumulative upkeep of two life, in a deck with eꦺnough lifegain, this card can be an absolute nightmare for opponents to deal with.
2 Crꩵystal Vein
Crystal Vein is perhaps the most straightforward land on this list, but it is still an incredibly useful and underrated card that doesn’t see nearly enough play. Entering the battlefield and tapping for one colorless mana, ratheꦬr than tapping it normally, Crystal Vein can be sacrඣificed when it is tapped to produce two colorless mana rather than one.
While this will put you behind on your mana the following turn, it allows for many powerful key cards to be played a turn early, saving you from the ever-common situations in which ♋you wish thaꦗt you only had one more mana.

Only ever printed in Mercadian Masques, Tower of the Magistrate is a stellar utility land that is quite flexible in its applications. Tapping for a colorless mana, Tower of the Magistrate may also be tapped to provide a creature with protection from artifacts. While this can be useful in situations in which you're facing a deck with many artifact creatures, it can also be used to mess with an opponent’s artifact-based plans.
For example, as a creature with protection from artifacts cannot be equipped by 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:equipment cards due to the fact that they're artifacts, if an opponent pays an equip cost to equip a creature with a key artifact like a Lightning Greaves, Tower of the Magistrate can prevent it from being attached by targeting the creature at hand.
