Ramp is incredibly important in the Commander format of . When you're playing against one-to-three people eagerly trying to achieve their win condition, it's important that you're able to do it before they can. Colorless mana rock artifacts are a good way to achieve this, but each color of the MTG pie has its own unique way of speeding up its mana production.
That said, blue has the least obvio🅠us means of achieving this. Blue largely focuses on drawing cards and countering spells, and increasing mana production doesn't fit into either tactic. However, blue does have a few mana-producing tricks up its sleeve that it can use to get an edge on opponents.

Blue has a lot of creatures like the ones listed above. They tap for colorless mana that can only be spent on artifact spells or activating the൩ abilities of artifacts. These three are the best, as they are two-mana creatures that can tap for two mana. Furthermore, Vedalken Engineer can actually tap for two mana of any one color that can be used on artifacts or artifact abilities.
Beyond that, they are traditional mana dorks. Soldevi Machinist and Vedalken Engineer are 1/1 creat𓄧ures, bu🔯t Renowned Weaponsmith comes in at a 1/3. Renowned Weaponsmith can also tutor up Heart-Piercer Bow and Vial of Dragonfire for one blue mana, so it has that added bonus if you use those artifacts.
9 High Tide
High Tide is a one-mana blue instant that provides ramp, if onl𝔉y for one turn. However, depending on when you cast Hi🍒gh Tide, it can pay massive dividends. High Tide makes it so that, until the end of the turn, each island in play taps for an additional blue mana.
This is situational ramp instead of permanent ramp, but it can still turn the tide of the game if it's used to cast a powerful and high-cost spell or to rapid-fire instants and sorceries.
8 🐠 🍌 Dreamscape Artist
Dreamscape Artist has a rather unusual ability for blue. It is a two-dro൩p creature that, for three mana, tapping itself, discarding a card, and sacrificing a land, you can search for two basic land cards and put them into play tapped. This serves as ramp and mana fixing, but it is quite costly.
If one is running a mono-blue deck and needs ramp, the pickings are slim. Given that this is such a unique ability for blue, it is particularly useful. Green can do so much better for the purpose, but Dreamscape Artist can do the job if you don't have 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:access to green but need the ramp.

Apprentice Wizard is another blue mana dork that can give out colorless ma༒na. However, Appre💮ntice Wizard requires one blue mana to activate, and that colorless mana can be spent on anything - not just artifacts and artifact abilities. Apprentice Wizard does require three mana to cast, but its effect is quite good.
While there are better effects in green, it is worth remembering that blue doesn't specialize in ramping. Even then, Apprentice Wizard is quite good and well worth including in a blue deck.

Grand Architect is another blue mana generator that specializes in colorless mana, and this mana can only be spent on artifacts and artifact abilities. However, Grand Architect makes it 🌼so that you can tap any blue creature in play for two colorless mana, not just itself. For one blue mana, it can also turn an artifac෴t creature you control blue.
With the artifact creature, Pili-Pala, this creates an infinite combo that generates unlimited mana of any color. Even without that, Gra💜nd Architect is a powerful mana generator for a blue artifact build.
5 Patron O💮f T𝄹he Moon
Patron of the Moon is a seven-mana legendary spirit creature, but, if you sacrifice a Moonfolk creature, Patron of the Moon can be cast at instant speed and cost seven mana minus the converte꧅d mana cost of the sacrificed💝 Moonfolk.

On the surface, these two only pay for themselves, but they're also one of the most straightforward infinite mana combos in the game with another creature called Deadeye Navigator. This card can pair with either Peregrine Drake or Great Whale through its soulbound ability, giving either card the ability to flicker themselves out and then back into play for two mana. This triggers Peregrine Drake or Killer Whale's enter the battlefield ability again, giving you an additional five or seven mana for two. Repeat this process to your heart's content.
3 Teferi, T♛emp🌄oral Archmage
