5 ♍ Spellbinding Soprano
An efficient creature for two mana, Spellbinding Soprano is an excellent red creature that would fit perfectly within any spell-slinging𒈔 deck that uses a large number of instants and sorceries. A 2/2 human bard for two mana, whenever this creature attacks, instants and sorceries its owner casts cost one less mana until the end of the turn. While this is already a solid cost reduction for two mana, this creature has an encore cost of four mana.
Initially appearing in Commander Legends, Encore is an ability that may be activated from the graveyard, causing a copy of the encored creature to be created for each opponent. Those copies gain haste, attack each other respective player, and are sacrificed at the end of the turn. As using Spellbinding Soprano's encore ability creates several temporary copies of the creature, this would provide a single turn in which its controller has access 🐭to a significant cost reduction on all of their instants and sorceries, allowing for incr🍃edibly explosive turns.
4 ꦦ Determined Iteration ✨
Determined Iteration is a great new red enchantment that fits perfectly within token decks and 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Aristocrats decks that aim to sacrifice tokens.
For the low cost of two mana, this enchantment allows its controller to Populate at the beginning of combat on their turn, creating a copy of a token they control. This token then gains haste, but must๊ be sacrificed at the beginning of the next end step. While these tokens may be temporary when paired with substantially sized tokens or potent sacrifice outlets, Determined Iteration can potentially allow its controller to garner significant value for a minimal investment of mana.
3 ܫ Extravagant Replication ﷽
Though it may demand a somewhat steep cost of six mana, Extravagant Replication is an incredible and flexible blue enchantment with a lot t๊o appreciate. Simple yet incredibly effective, at the beginning of the Extravagant Replication's controller's upkeep, that player can create a token that is a copy of any nonland permanent they control.
This means that once in play, this card can quickly death spiral, allowing a player to gain additional copies of their most impactful cards. While this card does require other potent permanents to be in play in order to maximize its value, this▨ card's potential impact on a game is beyond significant, allow𒁃ing copies to be made of key artifacts, enchantments, or creatures.
2 🎀 Body Count
Body Count ♕is a great new black instant that is a perfect fit for any Aristocrats deck with access to black mana. Straightforward yet powerful, this three-mana instant states that its controller may draw a card for each of their creatures that died this turn. W﷽hen paired with a board wipe or a potent sacrifice outlet this can allow its controller to draw a massive number of cards, filling their hand whilst also making use of their creature's death triggers.
While this is already solid, Body Count notably has a Spectacle c🀅ost of a single black mana, with this serving as an alternative mana cost that is accessible as long as an opponent lost life that turn. This means that when set up properly, Body Count can potentially provide value comparable to that of Ancestral Recall, drawing its controller a substantial number of cards at the cost of a single mana!
1 Anhelo, the Painter ✤
The default commander of the Maܫestros Massacre preconstructed deck if played immediately out of the box, Anhelo, the Painter is both a stellar new commander as well as a great card within the 99 of a deck. For the reasonable cost of three mana, Anhelo is a 1/3 vampire assassin with deathtouch. While its body in combat isn't the most substantial, it can allow a player to convert their creatures into copied instants and sorceries.
This is because the first instant or sorcery its owner casts each turn gains Casualty 2, allowing them to be copied as long as a creature with a power of 2 or greater is sacrificed as the card is cast. As this resets each turn, this is an incredible effect that can easily allow a player to copy the most devastating of spells, such as those that allow a player to take💯 an extra turn or those that can deal serious damage to one's opponents. While its Grixis color identity limits Anhelo's availability to many decks, this card is an excellent addition to spell-slinging decks, whilst also serving as an impressive new commander in its own right.
