As many uncommon legendary creatures have been printed throughout Magic's history with varying levels of strength, we're going to examine the best uncommon legendary creatures and see which make for the best commanders.

While Rograkh's size may be small, it has a distinct selling point, being the only zero-mana commander in the entirety of Magic.

This means that this commander can reli🌺ably be cast on turn one of each game, enabling the likes of Mox Amber while allowing you to start suiting it up with auras, equipment, and counters from the✃ word go. This is because when Kardur enters the battlefield, each c𒈔reature your opponents contro🤪l are forced to attack during their next turn and must attack a player other than you if possible (goad, but without the keyword).

Not only does this deal damage to your opponents, but it gives you some room to breathe as you can't be attacked that turn. As if this effect weren't already strong, Kardur states that whenever an attacking creature dies, each opponent loses one life and you gain one life, punishing your opponents for blocking these forced attacks and dealing yet even more damage.

Printed alongside Syr Carah in Throne of Eldraine, Syr Konrad, the Grim is an excellent mono-black commander that can synergize with several strategies such as aristocrats, mill, and dis🌟card.

For five mana, this 5/4 ♉Human Knight states that whenever another creature dies or whenever another creatire enters a graveyard from anywhere other than the battlefield, this creature deals one damage to each o𒀰pponent.
