This demon prevents goaded creatures from blocking, but being able to goad any creature whenever you cast a noncreature spell is great. However, because your commander doesn’t actually goad your opponent's creatures, it just forces them to attack, you can keep using Bothersome Quasit to goad specific creatures while forcing attacks with Kardur.
Go ahead and take out Indulgent Tormentor, since Commander has so many ways of generating tokens, your opponents likely won’t mind getting rid of one to stop 🦄you from drawing.
6 Rite Of Th🤪e Raging Storm ꩲ

If you&rsquoꦛ;re looking for a way to start encouraging your opponents to attack each other, Karazikar provides a great incentive. 🔥When an opponent attacks another opponent of yours, both you and the attacking player draw a card and lose one life. Even better, when you decide to get in on the action and attack an opponent, you tap one of their creatures, removing it as a blocker and then goading it, so it can’t attack you back on the next turn.
Be a little careful with Karazikar though, since it isn’t a may effect, and you can potentially trap yourself in a situation where an opponent has a bunch of creatures, and you end up taking too much damage. Replacing Dict🌄ate of the Twin Gods is a good option, since the enchantment also doubles damage done to you as we𓆉ll as other players, which is a significant downside.
