Chains prevent you from doing one of everyone's favorite activities in the game: drawing cards. This enchantment single-handedly prevents every player from increasing the number of cards in their hand as long as it remains on the battlefield. Talk about doing a lot of work for two mana value.
Thankfully, players still get to enjoy their regular draw step. If you have enough mana available and the board has recently been cleared, Torment of Hailfire will have all opponents at the table groaning in despair. This sorcery forces each 🐲of your opponents to choose between sacrificing permanents they control or losing three life.
While that might not seem like a big deal, thanks to its X casting cost you can pump enough mana into this spell to instead make this a choice between sacrificing permanents or losing the game. There's also the obvious combo of infinite mana into Torment, ending the game immediately.
6 ꦜ 🔯Oppression
Similar to Chains of Mephistopheles, Oppression is disliked by the Commander community thanks to its reputation for 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:assaulting everyone's hand. If this enchantment stays on the battlefield for just a couple of rounds♚, everyone at the table will run out of cards in hand.

This instant is despised for its incredibly cheap cost coupled with the fact that it can combo with a number of cards to instantly win you the game. This list of cards includes Thassa's Oracle, Laboratory Maniac, and Jace, Wielder of Mysteries.
By naming a card not in your deck, Demonic Consultation exiles your entire library. This allows you to make use of the alternative win conditions printed on the three previously mentioned cards, all of which name you the winner if you have no cards left in your library. Consultation combos have the potential to win you the game before anyone else gets a chance to even take a turn, and that's pretty egregious.
3 Nether Void 🦩
Like other cards on this list, Nether Void is disliked because it prevents players from casting cards altogether. Forcing everyone at the table to pay an additional three generic mana for each card they cast is absolutely back breaking and is sure to delay everyone's turns by a significant amount.
Players with storm-like decks who are interested in casting more than one spell a turn are affected especially badly as they will have to pay an additional three mana for each card they play. Even removing Nether Void is going to cost someone an additional three mana, so you're getting some value here no matter what. However, the whole table might just turn against you after casting this.

This creature wouldn't be all that bad if it weren't for the incredibly relevant flash keyword. Library search effects are super popular in Commander due to its singleton nature, and Opposition Agent makes it so that your opponents' search effects become yours.
Since you can flash Opposition Agent into the battlefield in response to someone searching their library, you're sure to get at least some value here. Agent is also notorious for bringing games to a grinding halt as you search through a one hundred card deck you're unfamiliar with.

In combination with sacrifice and discard effects, Tergrid can put your opponent's entire board and hand on your side of the battlefield in the span of a single turn.
