168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Magic: The Gathering's 100th expansion, Outlaws of Thunder Juncti🦩on, is set to launch on April 19.

It's a Wild West-themed set, and sees villains from across the Multiverse such as Rakdos, Oko, Vraska, and Tinybones, coming together to fight at the Thunder Junction, a brand-new Plane never before seen in MTG. This big showdown is set to end the Omenpath Arc that began with Wilds of Eldraine last year, which itself started as the aftermath of the Phyrexian Invasion.

Wizards of the Coast will reveal more information about the contents of the set at MagicCon: Chicago, which run💎s from February 23 to Febrꩲuary 25.

Outlaws of Thunder Junction will begin its prerelease period on April 12, arriving in Wizards Play Network stores a week before the full set releases. There isn't much official information to go off of, but what appears to be early concept work for the set was leaked two years ago, long before Outlaws of Thunder Junction was announced.

True to the reveal, the leaked cards are all cowboy-themed, with a sprinkle of... well, magic. Though the art we see on the cards are placeholders that won't appear in the set, the leaks suggest that, at least at one point, Wizards was considering pulp Western-style art for its showcvase frames, and at another point it was leaning into more traditional playing card designs.

Granted, these leaks are from two years ago and laden with placeholder text and art, so things could have changed since then, but we've known about this set for a while now. It was first announced back in August 2023 during the Magic at 30 panel, a year after the leaks. Just under a year later, we'll finally get our hands on it, ending the three-year wait.

In other Magic news, a bunch of cards have just been announced for the new 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Murders at Karlov Manor set. Today, Wizards revealed Call a Surprise Witness, Inside Source, Dramatic Accusation, Fae Flight, Reasonable Doubt, Soul Enervation, Toxic Analysis, Krenko's Buzzcrusher, Person of Interest, and Flotsam and Jetsam, with the set's four Commander decks due to be revealed later today. We'll be leaping from to 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Red Dead Redemption.

However, Karlov Manor hasn't been without its controversy. Non-playable cards were incl💖uded in the pr﷽erelease kits, which caused some confusion as it wasn't made clear they were illegal, so players may still use them come the prerelease events. Others were simply upset to get cards they couldn't put in their prerelease decks. But lead designer Mark Rosewater stands by the idea, "The reason is there are only three and the cards are powerful. If we let players play with them, everyone would. It would greatly warp the prerelease and make it less fun."
