Innistrad: Crimson Vow is 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Magic the Gathering's newest set, and coming along with it are two brand new preconstructed Commander decks that you can play straight from the box.RELATED: Innistrad: Crimson Vow Is Magic The Gathering's Gayest Set ꧃YetSpirit Squadron is a blue and white deck that uses Spirits to go wide with lots of creatures, while also tapping down your opponent's defences. Led by 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Millicent, Restless Revenant, she's very different to the other spirit-focused blue/white deck we saw earlier this year alongside Kaldheim.Spirit Squadron is fully playable straight out of the box and is a fantastic introduction to the 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Commander format. If you were hoping to tune it up to be slightly more powerful, thoug🐻h, there are five great cards to consider picking up.

5 ꦿ Reflections of Littjara 💛

Reflections of Littjara

168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Reflections of Littjara is a blue enchantment that costs fou👍r ge🐈neric and one blue. When it enters the battlefield, you name a creature type. Then, whenever you cast a spell with the same type, you copy it.

This means whenever you cast a Spirit creature spell, you'll get two instead of one for no additional cost. This doesn't impact the number of tokens Millicent makes directly, but it can be used in a lot of different ways. Having double the number of Spirits dramatically reduces Millicent's cost, and, if the creature is a ꦛLegendary spirit, you'll also get a death trigger when you're forced to sacriꦡfice one.

4 ꦍ Kindred Discov⛄ery

Kindred Discovery

Like Reflections of L﷽ittjara, Kindred Discovery is another five mana, blue enchantment that has you name a creature type when it enters the battlefield. Instead of copying spells, though, Kindred Discovery lets you draw a card whenever that creature type e♓nters the battlefield or attacks.

Notably, this doesn't specify those creatures have to be non-tokens. Each Spirit you attack with will get you a card, and then, if they deal combat damage, Millicient will make you a Spirit token, triggering Kindred Discovery into giving you another draw. This is potentially th𝐆e single best way to get a big card advantage when pla༺ying this deck.

3 Selfless Spiritඣ

Selfless Spirit

Board wipes are going to be absolutely devastating to Millicent. S༒he's already pretty expensive, and having the Spirits that reduce her cost die could be꧙ enough to knock you out of a game completely. For that, Selfless Spirit is a must.

A one generic and one white Spirit Cleric, she can sacrifice herself to give all other creatures you control Indestructible until the end of the turn. While she'll die, it will be enough to survive most board wipes with your Spirits intact. Combine it with something like Ghastly Mimicry or Reflections of Littjara, and you've got protection from almost any Wrath of God-type effect the game can thr♚ow at you.

2 💞 Yosei, t🌟he Morning Star

Yosei, the Morning Star

Tapping your opponent's creatures is a subtheme that runs through this deck; after all, shutting down potential blockers to let Millicent and her spirit army🅘 through is a great way to make lots of tokens. However, none of them are as scary as Yosei, the Morning Star.

When Yosei dies, a target opponent skips their next untap step, and you tap up to five perm🃏anents they control. The least it can do is severely hamper somebody's next turn, and at best it can totally lock them out of the game.

The really scary thing about Yosei is that he's Legendary,💎 meaning any copying effects you run like Reflections of Littjara or Ghastly Mimicry will immediately kill one of the two Yoseis you make꧟ and trigger him straight away thanks to the Legend rule.

1 𒉰Mirrorhall Mimic//Ghastly Mimicry

Mirrorhall-Mimic-1

The reason the Spirit Squadron deck doesn't have any of Innistrad: Crimson Vow's Disturb cards in it, despite being a Spirit mechanic and a Spirit deck, is pretty simple: the decks are designed to be played out of the box and without sleeves, which two-sided cards can't be played witho♐ut.

That doesn't mean you can't put your own in, though, and by far the best one is Mirrorhall Mimic//Ghastly Mimicry. Starting out as a three generic, one blue Spirit that enters the battlefield as a Spirit copy of 🐓any other creature, it can then be cas🤪t from your Graveyard as its disturbed side, Ghastly Mimicry. Ghastly Mimicry makes a token copy of the enchanted creature at the beginning of each upkeep.

There's a lot of potential for this, Selfless Spirit a🍌nd Yosei, the Morning Star are just two options. Clone Nebelgast Herald to tap down a lot of other creatures, or Karmic Guide for some easy creature reanimation. Cloning Knight of the White Orchid when you're behind on lands could be a fantastic way to catch up, too.

Ghastly Mimicry is an incredible flexible card that can turbo-boost Millicent's strategies, and it's one you definitely need to be iꦉncluding.
