While transforming werewolf cards were introduced back in the very first Innistra🅷d, Werewolves have lacked a proper tribal commander. For the low cost of three mana, Tovolar causes its controller to draw a card whenever a werewolf they control deal combat damage to a player.

Additionally, Tovolar reliably allows its controller to transform all of their werewolves into their more powerful forms, causing it to become night and transforming all werewolves at the beginner of its controller's upkeep if they control three or more wolves and/or werewolves.
