Update: The full range has now been revealed. Joining the four already announced are:

  • Mind Flayer, the Shadow, a legendary enchantment creature. A 9/9 horror, it isn't a creature unless you control three or more permanents you don't own. On your end step, you can exile the bottom card of each opponent's library face-down, and you can cast them using mana of any colour. It's the only creature in this drop that doesn't have Friends Forever.
  • Lucas, the Sharpshooter, an Izzet Legendary 1/3 Human that costs one red and one blue. You can tap him ansd sacrifice an artifact to deal one damage to a creature and goad it (until your next turn it has to attack if able to, but can't attack you).
  • Max, the Daredevil, a Gruul 3/2 Legendary Human that costs one generic, one red, and one green. She has haste, and investigates and untaps a creature whenever you cast your second spell each turn.
  • Will the Wise, an Orzhov 1/2 Legendary Human that costs one white and one black. Whenever he enters or leaves the battlefield, each opponent can either investigate (make a clue token) or lose one life. Then, you can investigate as many times as the number of your opponents who investigated plus one.

Both Mike and Dustin also have the new Friends Forever keyword, meaning Mike and Eleven below can join forces to give you a full WUBRG Commander pair, something that's normally exceedingly difficult to do in Commander with normal Partner cards.

More details about the upcoming 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Magic the Gathering and 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Stranger Things crossover have been revealed, i♒ncluding two of its cards.

The Stranger Things Secret Lair is a limited-time release of eight cards that will include mechanically unique cards with characters from 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Netflix's Stranger Things. Though it follows on from last year's Secret Lair The Walking Dead, it will technically be the first crossover as part of Universes Beyond, an umbrella label announced earlier this year for crossovers with MTG.

Two of the cards through IGN were Chief Jim Hoper and Eleven, the Mage. Chief Jim Hopper is a Boros 4/4 Legendary Human Soldier that costs two generic, one red and one white. Whenever it attacks, you investigate (make a clue token that can sacrificed along with paying two generic mana to draw a card) for each nontoken creatuꦜre attacking.

Meanwhile, Eleven the Mage is a Grixis Legenꦆdary Human Wizard that costs one generic, one blue, one black, and one red. Your maximum hand size is increased to eleven, and whenever you attack you lose one life and draw a card. If you then have eleven or more cards in your hand, you can play an instant or sorcery without paying its mana cost.

Hopper and Eleven

Interestingly, both Chief Jim Hopper and Eleven, the Mage have a new keyword, "Friends Forever". This is effectively a rewording of the Partner mechanic that allows you to run two creatures as your 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Commander if they both have it. When announcing the card, IGN didn't explain why the cards use this new "Friends Forever" keyword over the identical and already defined Partner.

Unlike The Walking Dead's Secret Lair, these cards aren't going to stay exclusive to Secret Lair forever. In a made by Wizards of the Coast back in June, it confirmed that the next Universes Beyond Secret Lair (meaning Stranger Things) would be stripped of the Stranger Things-ness and have more Magic-friendly versions reprinted in set boosters approximately six months later. Other than the change in art and name, these will be mechanically identical and will be considered the same card as their Stranger Things variants in terms of deck restrictions. In a tweet by MTG designer and vice president Aaron Forsyth, these reprints will keep their Friends Forever mechanic, rather than have them be converted to Partner.

The Stranger Things Secret Lair will launch as part of the October Superdrop, wh꧒ich is a collection of seven different Secret Lair releases that begins on October 18. Like all Secret Lair things, it will⭕ be available only for a limited time through the official website.
