's newest set, Kamigawa: Neon Dynasty, is finally out and taking the world of competitive Magic by storm. It has shaken up standard, ▨and Boseiju, Who Endures is likely to make some inroa𒊎ds in the eternal competitive formats like Modern and Legacy.
Of course, Commander is also an incredibly popular format and has been served a lot by Wizards of the Coast in the past few years. Each new set release has had at least two accompanying Commander decks for each main set since Zendikar Rising. 168澳洲♛幸运5开奖网:Kamigawa: Neon Dynasty is no different with the Buckle Up and Upgrades Unleashed Commander decks. Upgrades Unleashed is a red and green deck that focuses on using Counters, Auras, and 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Equipment to power up your creatures to capitalize on the new Modified mechanic.
5 🌠 Kodama Of The West Tree 🌃
Kodama of the West Tree is a mythic rare green Legendary Creature 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:that was printed in Kamigawa: Neon Dynasty. It only costs three mana (two generic and one gre﷽en), and it's a 3/3 so it passes the vanilla test. Raw power isn't what Kodama of the West T🌳ree is here for though.
Firstly, it gives all of your modified creatures, of which there will be many in Upgrades Unleashed, trample. Consequently, your creatures that will already be large will now be able to push more damage past your opponents' defense. Its effects apply to itself as well, so you'll be able to make Kodama into an offensive threat as well if need be. The second half of its ability, which allows you to ramp up your mana production when hitting your opponent, makes Kodama oꦆf the West Tree a must-have for the deck.
4 ♋ Eldrazi Conscription
Eldrazi Conscription is a rare colorless Enchantment Aura from 𒆙Rise of the Eldrazi that was reprinted in 🐼Ultimate Masters. It has a high mana cost, but its benefits are massive.
Eldrazi Conscription, being an aura, makes your creature into a modified creatu🧸re and therefore subject to the benefits that Upgrades Unleashed gives to modified creatures (as well as the benefits given by Kodama of the West Tree should you cho🎃ose to include that one). A +10/+10 stat boost along with trample and annihilator to whatever creature is lucky enough to receive Eldrazi Conscription will make them an absolute monster on the attack. It's pretty much guaranteed to score some damage, and forcing your opponent to sacrifice two permanents to annihilator is just the icing on the cake.
3 Rancor
Rancor is an old 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:common green Enchantment Aura that ꦡwas first printed in Urza's Legacy. It's been reprinted multiple times and has been bump༒ed up to uncommon status. As an enchantment aura, it falls under the Modified umbrella. It's only one green mana, so it doesn't tax your mana curve.
It's more than worth its mana cost already by granting +2/+0 and trample, but the fact that it constantly bounces back to your hand when the enchanted creature dies makes Rancor an absolute must-have in the 𝔍Upgrades Unleashed build and any enchantment build that 💯includes green in its color identity.
2 ඣ Xenagos, God Of Revels ൲
Xenagos, God of Revels 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:is a mythic rare red and green Legendary Enchantment Creature from Born of the 🍸Gods. It was reprinted in Commander Legends and as part of a Theros-themed Secret Lair drop series with all the original 15 Theros gods. It falls outside the parameters of Modified, as it doesn't attach to a creature or distribute counters. Despite that, it's still a must-have in just about every deck with green and red in their color identity that focuses on victory through combat.
It doubles the 🧔power of a creature at the beginning of your combat phase (while still providing a boost to toughness too), making the attacker of your choice an absolute monster. If that creature has or gains trample in some way, this is a surefire way of dealing some decent damage to an opponen🥂t.
Xenagos, God of Revels is easily one of the best of the Theros gods. Doubling the power of a selected creature is powerful enough on its own, but. Xenagos pushes over the top by being indestructible and a potential cre🌌ature in its own right if you get your red and green devotion high enough.
1 Sword Of Feast And Famineﷺ
Sword of Feast and Fam👍ine is a mythic rare artifact equipment that was originally printed in Mirrodin Besieged and has been reprinted in the Modern Event Deck, as a Kaladesh Invention, and in Double Masters. Sword of Feast and Famine is one of the most powerful equipment cards ever printed. It requires five mana to cast and equip, but it gives a power boost to the creature as well as protects it from the most common color of kill spells and the most common color of large creatures. Forcing your opponent to pitch a card and untapping your lands for the second main phase is a phenomenal effect. T🅘hat's protection, a boost to power and toughness, and opens up your options for the second main phase.
Sword of Feast and Famine is part of a cycle 🐎of swords like this, and there are others to consider including in your Upgrades Unleashed additions such as Sword of Fire and Ice, Sword of Body and Mind, Sword of Sine🌊w and Steel, and Sword of Light and Shadow.
