As of today, PS5 owners can get a closer look at Castle Dimitrescu from Resident Evil Village thanks to a standalone demo – Maiden. It's not quite Resident Evil Village, but it just might be the next best ❀thing.
Maiden is currently only availableꦍ on PS5. However, Capcom said a separate demo for all platforms will be made available at a later date.
"Starting today, PlayStation 5 owners can get an exclusive sneak peek of the castle area from Resident Evil Village with the Maiden demo," said Capcom. "This standalone experience is separate, but showcases the stunning ♑visuals and 3D Audio that await in the main game. As the Maiden, players will need to rely solely on their wits to make their escape in this tension-filled demo, as they'll have no way to fight or defend themselves."
Maiden sounds like the perfect way to bide time until 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Resident Evil Vill𒀰age launches later this year. It also sounds like a great chance to get familiar with Castle Dimitrescu, which will be heavily featured in the upcoming game. Unlike Resident Evil Village, however, you won't have any weapons to rely on in Maiden. That makes it all the more terrifying, as you'll need to tiptoe your way through its horrifying hallways – less you're detected and torn to bits by the demons haunting i꧂ts corridors.
Resident Evil Village is the eighth major installment in the Resident Evil franchise. You'll step into the shoes of Ethan Winters, years after the events of Resident Evil 7 Biohazard. Ethan and his wife Mia have moved away from the chaos of the🔜ir past but are pulled back into the nightmare when Chris Redfield makes an unexpected appearance. Much of the narrative is still under wraps, but we're excited to see the direction Capcom takes the serꦕies.
While it's unfortunate only PS5 players♛ can experience the Maiden demo, fans can breathe a sigh of relief knowing another demo for Resident Evil Village is planned to re♍lease on all platforms in the coming months.
