Since Waluigi takes some time and requires at least some skill to learn, players sometimes avoid him, especially if they are new. Since he's a large-sized racer, he's fast. If you're willing to put in the time to master his speed, he'll be a great asset to you.
If you try out Waluigi, use the Wild Wiggler. It's considered one of the best vehicles for Waluigi.

Rosalina is one of the lighter hܫeavyweight characters, similar in ౠweight class to Donkey Kong and Link. She’s very tall, but a more reserved character, which makes her overlooked.
Rosalina is one of the fastest characters in the game, so it’s surprising not as many people pick her. She does only drive heavy kart🌳s and bikeജs, but she’s well worth it.
6 Roy
Roy is Our Boy
Roy is a character that has to be unlocked. You can win him by w🐭inning first place in any Grand Prix Cup. There is no guarantee you’ll get Roy, though,ꦕ and you might randomly unlock a different character and have to keep trying to get him.
This character does have a small fan club that coined the phrase, 🦋“Roy is Our🌟 Boy,” but he is still underutilized. He deserves more than just a fun catchphrase.

Birdo is another character that you get from the booster pass, in Wave four. In general, this characte🌠r is 👍kind of unpopular. A lot of the criticism is simply because Birdo is “weird.” Others say they don’t know her, since she’s not in every game.

Mii is an unlockable character, so you won’t necessarily star𝓀t out with them, but since you can c♑hange and customize the Mii, it’s well worth the time it takes to unlock.

Elven Prince
Link is our last underrated character. He's not as popular as traditional Mario characters like Yoshi and Toad. Despite that, he’s a great rider. He’s in the heavyweight class, and is rather fast.
