How To Unlock Rainbow Road

To formally unlock the famous Rainbow Road, you're going to have to complete the Grand Prix series. While the CC you complete them on does not matter, you must have completed all Grand Prix cups:

• Mushroom
• Flower
• Star
• Shell
• Banana
• Leaf
• Lightning

You do not even need to win all the cups to unlock Rainbow Road. Even if you fini🐠sh all your races in last place, completing each is enough to count.

Once you have completed all seven Grand Prix cups, you will unlock a cutscene that reveals the location and accessibility to the Secre𒐪t Cup.

As soon as the cutscene finishes, you will be able to play the Secret Cup inside the Grand Prix menu.

You can also now Free Roam on the Rainbow Road as well! You can access it from the Map on the Main Menu. This can be a great way to practice the map while also completing some e🏅xtra challenges.
