The Phantom Show has some real m⭕eat on its bones compared to previous DLC packs, offering up four distinct chapters and a whole host of creative puzzles. Of course, the usual turn-based battles are here too – including some neat bosses. Here they all are, ranked.

4 The Dragon That Wasn't

The Dragon That Wasn't fight in the Rayman Phantom Show DLC

During your time in the Medieval soundstage, resi♛dent baddie The Phantom hypes up a showdown between you and a dragon. In fact, the puzzles you'll be solving in this area are all pretty clearly meant to get you pumped for such a skirmish; swiping hot coals off burning torches, dealing with ⛎sword-wielding Rabbids, and so on.

Which is why it feels like a♛ bit of a cheat when you get to the actual fight, and... well, it's just a giant, regular ol' Flamin🐼g Stooge. His name? The Dragon That Wasn't.

The gag, of course, is that The Phantom's fallen on hard times𓆏 and couldn't afford a real dragon. All the same, it's a tad disappointing to be facing what's essent🐬ially just a slightly sized-up version of a foe we've already felled countless times in the main campaign.

There's an attempt to﷽ jazz the arena up, with some rampaging Bob-ombs, TNT barrels, and pipes to use for a tactical advantage, but on the whole, this 'Dragon' slips comfortably into the bottom spot. On the plus side, he'll die pretty quickly.

3 Sydney Rabbidwhacker And The Bꩵrav💙ados

Luckily, the boss of the Wild West area fares much better. After dealing with a posseꦏ of cardboard-cutout bandits, your passage into the second half of t🌊he soundstage is barred by the legendary desperado Sydney Rabbidwhacker. Frankly, he probably deserves the top spot for that name alone, but we're not quite so easily swayed.

Sydney comes with his gang of Bravados, and they've all got hair-trigger tempers. And iꦚtchy trigger fingers. Lots of qualities to do with triggers, then.

Notable for being the only boss in the DLC whe♏re you're against multiple targets, this fight will see you splitting your attention between the Bravados and the assorted mooks that spawn. When you begin, they're all the way at the other end of the map, atop a ledge from which they rarely venture down, meaning you'll🌜 need to make use of various pipes to reach them.

Mind how you go, though; th♏ey're all set to counterattack the second you lay a finger on them, so probably best🦩 to make sure you're well-healed before committing to a shot. Yee-haw, pardner.

2 The Kraken ༒

The Kraken Fight in Mario + Rabbids Sparks of Hope

The tentacley terror of the Pirate soundstage, you'll first need to wipe out all the Darkmess Eyes that prevent you from getting at the Kraken. Using Rayman's trademark helicopter hair, you'll glide up to the rafters, 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:across the ocean and back again as you gather the necessary bombs to put these Eyes out ofꦚ their inky misery. Good thing, too; as this athletic🔯 prelude is basically practice for what you'll be needing to do to take down the Kraken.

A large, aquatic monstrosity, this plywood beast has nine (count 'em, nine) Dꦐarkmess Eyes t♉o squash. They're all on his back, which sounds simple enough on paper – were it not for the fact that only three are visible at any one time, and the Kraken keeps spinning, which means you'll need to platform between a collection of islets to get in range.

Rabbid Mario is a liability here, as his short-range Dukes weapon makes it tough to reach an Eye that's at just the wrong angle. You're best 🎃off using Rayman's long-range attacks from the safety of dry land and hoping for the best. Oh, and keep away from the Kraken when he spins; those tidal waves he causes sting.

1 The Phantom 🐭

The Phantom attacks the group in Mario + Rabbids Sparks of Hope

It's only fitting that the eponymous operatic fiend should take the top spot. The final boss of the DLC, it's revealed that your entire adventure was a ploy to boost the ratings oꦺf The Phantom's TV network; adoration from which he apparently draws his spectral power. Now, combined with the power of awful, awful singing, he's ready to exact his revenge. Three long, gruelling phases of it.

Make no mistake. Without proper planning, this battle's a toughie. Before you can do any damage to the Phantom's three forms, you'll first need to destroy a series of stage lights, which become more numerous and spread out with each subsequent phase. Phase 3 even asks that you break 'em in a designate𒁏d order.

And once that's done, you still have to contend with whatever elemental power he's imbued himself with. Fire, ink, gusts of wind, it's all here, and it's all bound to drive you nuts if you're after a gold ranking. Refine those skill trees, 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:pick the right Sparks, and edge out a v🥃ictory. Rayma🌌n deserves nothing less.
