Markipliꦑer says his net worth is “more than I deserve” in a new interview.
If you’re even remotely familiar with YouTube, you’ve p꧋robably at least heard of Markiplier, and there’s a better than even chance you’re already subscribed to his channel. He made his fortune recording himself playing video games and then screaming and shouting at either how terri🃏fying the game is or how poorly he performed.
That and he’s go꧃t a fantastic voice and is pretty nice t𒐪o look at.
Recently, Markiplier did an interview with Wired where he answered questions based on Google’s autocorrect search results. We found out that Markiplier’s real name is Mark Edward Fischbach, that his YouTube name is simply the word “multiplier” with his name replacing the “mult” part, and that he’s a bit of a fake gamer, preferring boa🐻rd games to video games these days.
We also found outꦅ how he feels about his net worth, which has ballooned since becoming a famous YouTuber. "I don't really care about my net worth,” Markiplier said when Google asked how much he’🦩s worth.
“Probably less than the estimates say, but it's more than I deserve. Way, way more than I deserve. I live very comfortably, an🌳d that’s𒈔 actually something I wrestle with a lot.”

Markiplier went on to say how he still spends mon🧸ey frugally and donates a great amount of it to charity. He didn’t specifically mention a dollar figure, but pegs it a💫s around $24 million.
Last year, Markiplier banked $17.5 million, while the year before he made $12.5 million. He currently has over 23 million subscribers and his videos ha🐷ve been viewed over 10 billion times.
The rest of the video gets pretty heavy, with Markiplier discussing several revealing and personal topics such as his prior medical issues, why he dr𒁃opped out of college despite having just two semesters left on his degree, why his first YouTube channel was banned, and how drinking alcohol has given him a heart attack. Twice.
It gets pretty heavy, so buckle up. Also, he considers himself merely an “average” Fortnite player.
