One of Marvel Snap's big features is how it boasts about eventually making every character in the Marvel pantheon a playable card. Alongside the 150 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:familiar comic book characters avilable at launch, the game a♛dds new characters every month to keeꦺp the roster up-to-date.
It’s difficult to believe that developer Second Dinner could include every 🥃character from Marvel’s long history, but it’s fun to imagine the potential. If Squirrel Girl can be a playable card in Marvel Snap, then it’s possible for even the most obscure character to make an appearance.
10 Man-Thing
Man-Thing isn’t slated to be among the first 150 characters released at launch, butꦉ he is a fairly popular character that a lot of fans would be disappo🏅inted not to see at some point. It might look like a mindless creature birthed from the depths of a bog, but Man-Thing plays an important role in the Marvel Universe.
Originally a human scientist that was transformed into a swamp monster, Man-Thing is a guardian who is vital to Marvel's universe. He protects a nexus where all the different dimensions and timelines of the Marvel Universe join together. Man-Thing was also once a member of the Midnight Sons, a superhero team tha🐲t could use their o⛄wn video game.
9 Hulkling
As a card-holding member of the Young Avengers and Emperor of the Kree-Skrull alliance, Hulkling is kind of a big deal. Hu🥃lkling is the child of the original Captain Marvel, named Mar-Vell, and a Skrull princess. While he may be green and share a name with Hulk, he act🎃ually has no relation to the green rage monster. Theodore Altman, as he is named, is also the other half of the first LGBTQ+ comic book marriage. His husband, Wiccan, is also a member of the Young Avengers.
8 📖 Oort The Living Comet
This is an obscure character that h🧔as been around since the ‘90s, but only seen or heard from a handful of times. Oort the Living Comet is a member of the Legi🦩on of the Unliving, and can shoot plasma bursts from his hands. He and Quicksilver had one encounter that saw Oort come out on top.
However, the rest of the Legion was disposed of by the Avengers. A Songbird from the future makes mention of Oort and some cohorts of his, but that is the extent of his tenure in the Marvel Universe. Seeing him appear in Marvel🍷 Snap would be a fun callback to the ‘90s.
7 Ka-Zar
Ka-Zar might not have any superhuman abilities, but he is a more than capable fighter and would be a great addition to Marvel Snap. He was raised by a sabretooth tiger after both his parents passed away, and became the protector of the Savage Land, a game preserve in Antarc𝓀tica created by an alien species.
Ka-Zar is much like Tarzan in that he runs around in a loin cloth and lives in the jungle, and living in the harsh conditions of the Savage Land gave Ka-Zar superior survival instincts and fighting abilities that far surpass those of 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Kraven the Hunter, one of his recurring adversaries.
6 Elsa❀ Bloodstone 🌞
Elsa Bloodstone comes from a famil𒀰y of monster hunters, and picked up the family business after her father passed away. She has superhuman strength, a healing fܫactor, and heightened reflexes, all of which she gets from the small bloodgem she inherited from her dad.
The supernatural corner of Marvel is getting more love in the comi🦂cs and movies lately, with Doctor Strange In The Multiverse Of Madnes🏅s, Moon Knight recently airing on Disney+, and Blade getting a new movie soon. So it would be nice to see more of them in Marvel Snap to maybe even allow for a supernatural-themed deck.
5 Darkhawk
Darkhawk is another character that's been around since the '90s and seldom gets any love these days even though he has been on a number of teams, from the New Warriors to the Avengers. He’s a human that wields an amulet that encases him in a suit of armor.
The armor is based on Shi’ar technology that grants th✅e wearer multiple abilities like increased strength, heightened reflexes, and co💛njuring a variety of weapons. Darkhawk would be a welcome addition to Marvel Snap who could add a lot of fun to a CCG.
4 Manifold
Eden Fesi, better known as Manifold, is a mutant with amazing teleportation abilities. He has been on mu🔯ltiple teams in the comics such as The Avengers, A.I.M., and S.W.O.R.D.
Though Nightcrawler is one of the better-known teleporters in the Marvel Universe, and it will be nice to see how he is implemented in Marvel Snap, Manifold is capable of teleporting large groups ratrher than just himself. An ability that might b𝓰e able to affect an entire group of cards will make for some interesting strategies for players to utilize or avoid.
3 Star-Lord (T'Challa)
While it’s all but confirmed, based on the announcement trailer, that there will be variants of most characters, the majority showcased in the trailer were based on different comic book appearances and timelines. It would be interesting to see variants from the MCU make an appearance, such as T’Challa as Star-Lord, who we saw in 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Disney+'s What If… series.
This variant sees T’Challa captured as a boy by Yondu and raised in space instead of Peter Quill. As Star-Lordꦺ, T’Challa was able to change the outcome of many events, like convincing Thanos that his plan to wipe out half the universe wasn’t the only 🥂way.
2 Fantomex
This is a mess of a character, and a completely missed opportunity if never seen in Marvel Snap. Fantomex was subjected to artificial evolution, resulting in him having three brains which were eventually each given a body. This is 🐈easily something that can be done with a digital card game, particularly with cloning effects.
In later appearances, he gained a detachable nervous system that doubles as a mode of transportation named E.V🐭.A.. He has superhuman intelligence, enhanced strength, and superhuman agility, among many other convoluted abilities. Furthermore, he just looks reaꦡlly, really cool.
1 Quasar
Multiple characters have used the name Quasar, but since Marv🐲el Snap will have variants of different characters, it wouldn’t be hard🅰 to include all versions of them.
He’s a hero that uses the Quantum Bands, which grant its wearer the ability to create constructs, project energy, absorb energy, travelꦓ through the harshne♋ss of space, and many other amazing powers (think Green Lantern, but Marvel).
