As part of Thane's recruitmeꦫnt mission, you find yourself on Dantius Tower.
While there, you find a S❀alarian worker in critical condition after being attacked by Nassana's forces. During the conversation with him, you can🌃 ease his suffering with an interrupt.

Partway through the qu🍬est to recruit Samara, you meet a Volus, who thinks he's gained incredible Biotic powers. And he's readyꦗ to use them against the powerful Wasea.
