168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Mass Effect is the game series that puts the player in the shoes of Commander Shepard, the first-ever human Spectre. Through a long career, the♔ Commander becomes a hero on par with Master Chief and Luke Skywalker as they face terrifying foes and overcome incredible odds to protect the peace in the galaxy. The universe needs heroes, and Shepard has become hero #1.
The Commander is definitely tested more than once during 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:the original game trilogy, along with companions like 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Tali'Zorah and 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Liara T'Soni. Shepard faces evil robots, scheming madmen, horrifying cyborgs, assassins and more, and these are the ten most fearsome foes Shepard faces (in no particular order), either due to personal combat skills or the armies and minions that they command. Some villains do their dirty work in person and some don't, but they're all powerful.
10 Saren Arterius ღ
Saren Arterius is one of the first major villains whom Commander Shepard ever fought, and this rogue Spectre is among the best at what he does. 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:He's a ruthless Turian who has been brainwashed by the Reapers, and he's certain that allowing the Reapers into the galaxy will bring salvation.
Saren is absolutely wrong, but Shepard will have to fight Saren to prove it, and Saren sure makes it difficult, since he is a Reaper-enhanced cyborg with martial arts skills and a legion of Geth at his command. He'll go down fighting, that's for sure.
9 𝔉 The Shadow Broker
The Shadow Broker is an infamous trader of secrets, who created a vast playing field where major political and military powers eagerly buy and sell secret to get the edge on their foes. The Shadow Broker becomes Shepard's enemy by 2185, and he can learn any secret or spy on any conversation to track the Commander down and strike with deadly force.
If that weren't enough, the Shadow Broker also commands a small private army of mercenaries and hired guns, and the Broker's ship is an advanced frigate hiding in the churning thunderstorms of the planet Hagalaz. Except for Commander Shepard, challenging the Shadow Broker is a death sentence.
8 🍰 Tela Vasir ✨
Ordinarily, Telia Vasir would have been Shepard's ally, since this powerhouse Asari is a Spectre, just like Shepard. But she is loyal to the Shadow Broker, and does all kinds of dirty deeds to keep the galaxy safe, committing acts that would outrage the Council. Vasir doesn't care, as long as the job is done.
Tela Vasir can access all resources available to Spectres, and she can drive a hovercar with great skill during a car chase on the crowded world of Ilium. In person, she can fight with mighty biotics and 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:the best weapons money can buy, including a lightning-fast charge attaꦐck that tends to throw off the aim of her enemies.
7 Sovereign
Sovereign, in its time, was truly unique. It is a Reaper dreadnought, the only one that stays in the Milky Way galaxy while the rest of the Reapers sit in dark space beyond the galaxy's edge. Within the confines of the Milky Way, Sovereign is absolutely unbeatable in one-on-one space combat, even against the biggest and best Turian ships.
Like other Reapers, Sovereign has a massive me🐼tal body, a highly destructive beam weapon, thick armor, a horde of husks to command, and most of all, the indoctrination signal that can force organics to obey its will. In the battle for the Citadel, multiple fleets had to co💞mbine their firepower to destroy this alien behemoth.
6 Harbinger
The ancient Reaper known as Harbinger was the closest thing the Reapers had to a leader, and Harbinger's presence in the galactic war was a real headache for Commander Shepard. Harbinger had landed in London in person, and stubbornly defended the energy beam that led up to the Citadel that sat in Earth's orbit.
Harbinger could fire multiple energy beams that could destroy 🤡enemy vehicles with impunity, and like the rest of its kind, Harbinger brought near-indestructible armor and insidious indoctrination to the table to demolish its enemies. In fact, Shepard never got a chance to destroy Harbinger at all (excepting the "destroy all Reapers" ending).
5 The Illusive Man 🍎 🐼
Up to a point, Commander Shepard and the boss of 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:the Cerberus organization were reluctnat allies, but that didn't last. Shepard and 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Miranda Lawson broke away from Ce🥂rberus after defeating the Collectors, an🌼d Shepard and the Illusive Man ended up on opposite sides of the Reaper invasion.
The Illusive Man's best weapon was information, but he also had a fleet, a small army, assassins, Reaper tech, and saboteurs on his side. Through Cerberus, the Illusive Man proved to be one of Shepard's most problematic enemies of all, and he stubbornly fought until the very end.
4 Kai Leng
Kai Leng is an assassin, and one of the Illusive Man's top agents. Once Miranda defected, the Illusive Man had Kai Leng replace her as his top agent, and even the veteran David Anderson feared what Kai Leng could do. This was the assassin who finished off Thane Krios, and he nearly killed the Council, too.
Kai Leng boasts remarkable agility, tech-enhanced leg❀s, a palm-mounted energy blaster, stealth, and incredible skills with martial arts and a sword. Up close, few, if any enemies of Cerberus will last more than a few seconds in mortal combat with Kai Leng.
3 🐭 Donovan Hock
Commander Shepard might not have ever made an enemy of Donovan Hock at all, if it weren't for Kasumi Goto. But Shepard was perfectly willing to cross Mr. Hock if it meant helping Kasumi recover a stolen "graybox" device. Donovan Hock was a powerful crime lord, and he liked to flaunt his wealth on the world Beckenstein.
He no doubt had deep pockets and extensive connections all ove♛r the galaxy, and he had the cash to hire a small army of Eclipse mercenary soldiers to act as security during a hou𒐪se party. He also flew a Mantis-class gunship into battle against Shepard and Kasumi, who had to use every bit of cunning they had to take Hock down.
2 Matriarch Benezia💞 🧸
Matriarch Benezia was Liara's mother, and she wouldn't have been an enemy a all, if it weren't for Saren and Sovereign brainwashing her. She was an elderly Asari who had extensive influence and connections across Asari space, and it was easy for her to recruit a team of elite Asari commandos to protect her during a mission to Noveria.
In battle, Benezia could use powerful biotics, and when she was backed up by those Asari Commandos, Commander Shepard's team was hard-pressed to fight back, let alone win. Indeed, few humans had ever faced Asari commandoes before, and fewer still survive.
1 ꧟ ಞ Weyrloc Guld
Commander Shepard ran afoul of the mighty Weyrloc Guld during a mission to Tuchanka, when Dr. Mordin Solus needed help finding his los🍰t student, Maelon. Unlike the unity-minded Urdnot Wrex, Weyrloc Guld was an old-fashioned Krogan leader who glorifiꦫed war, brutality and dominance above all else.
He commanded the powerful Clan Weyrloc, and Guld also had a high rank in the feared Blood Pack mercenary gang. In person, Weyrloc Guld was an exemplary battlemaster, boasting a strong body, thick armor and kinetic barriers, and a mighty shotgun that could obliterate Guld's enemies with impunity.
