Ultra Instinct Goku has been terrorizing for some time now, and fans think Bandai Namco is ready to♚ move on. This is all due to recent tweet from the publisher's Latin America account that references Master Roshi. That, combined with previous fan theories, makes a strong case for the turtle hermit being the next fighter to enter the fray.

There are supposed to be five characters added to FighterZ through the current DLC pass. Ultra Instinct Goku is the second, following Kefla. UI Goku's confirmation got to draw a connection to the DLC characters and their placeholders in digital storefronts. Kefla's entry has red borders, while the others have silver, blue, green, and tan. Ultra Instinct Goku took the silver spot, causing fans to speculate based on the remaining colors. Tan seems like a hint to Roshi, who wore tan pants during his most recent appearance in Dragon Ball Super's Tournament of Power.

This theory is widely accepted. Especially when one considers that Roshi is one of the few Z Warriors who isn't in FighterZ's roster in some form. It's pretty much down to him, more movie villains, and Jaco at this point. That's when Bandai Namco Latam decided to tweet out a simple little quiz for Dragon Ball fans.

It asks if they know who the person is. The glasses and turtle combo clearly reference Master Roshi, the turtle hermit who always wears shades. The tweet had many  speculating, wondering if it was some kind of tease. It has been about two months since Ultra Instinct Goku hit the game, making it a good time to start hyping up what comes next. Some even claim that Roshi was meant to be revealed at EVO 2020. That would explain the timing of the tweet, as EVO was meant to start on July 31. Now that 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:EVO is canceled due to scandals, such announcements are up in the a♊ir.

The spec🎉ulation spread to the point that Bandai Namco Latam had to reply to its own tweet. This time in English, the company claimed that the tweet was in no w♉ay teasing anything. It even directly addressed Youtube speculation as the reason for the clarification. So that's it. No Roshi tease.

But is that really it? A lot of evidence does seem to point to Roshi, even without the tweet. FighterZ is due for another character soon, and EVO would have been the perfect chance for a reveal. Then again, COVID-19 has been 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:delaying a lot of game development. Maybe UI Goku is the end of FighterZ DLC for the foreseeable future. Just as always, we'll have to find out next time on Dragon Ball... FighterZ.
