It's been a pretty rough week for Ubisoft. Allegations of sexual misconduct have rocked many pillars of the gaming world, but Ubisoft seems to have taken the brunt of it. Two executives, Tommy François and Maxime Béland, 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:were accused of sexual harassment, along with Assassin's Creed community manager Andrien Gbinigie. 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Assassin's Creed Valhalla creative director Ashraf Ismail was even accused of cheating o�⛄�n his wife without telling the women he was secretly dating that he was actually married.

All of these people have either left the company or been placed on administrative leave as Ubisoft investigates. But that hasn't stopped Ubisoft HR from trying to defend the company with 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:a pretty weak attempt on Twitter.

Clearly, somethin🎶g is very wrong at Ubisoft. CE๊O Yves Guillemot believes that the problem is bad enough to propose some pretty significant changes in an that was published online yesterday.

"We have significant work to do to improve the ways in which we operate and collaborate, and I am personally committed to ensuring we make thꦑese fundamental changes," wrote Guillemot. "They need to be profound, and we need to implement them quickly at all levels of the organization."

In the memo titled "Change Starts Today," Gui🌼llemot first sayܫs he'll appoint a Head of Workplace Culture that will be tasked with examining all aspects of the company and its workplace culture. That person will report directly to him and will be "empowered" to suggest "comprehensive changes."

Ubisoft will also immediately change the composition of its Editꦿorial Department to be more inclusive as well as hire a brand new Head of Diversity and Inclusion to improve diversity at Ubisoft.

An external consulting firm has also been hired to handle "employee listening sessions" and to audit Ubisoft's HR policies and procedures. A global employee survey will be launched to gauge Ubisoft's success in these initiꦯatives.

As for the suspended employees, an exte🔯rnal law firm is still investigating the allega🦂tions.
