Microsoft still definitely supports Epic in its crusade to take power away from the tech giants that own massive platforms like Apple and its iOS, but app🦄arently that support doesn't extend to video games.
That's probably to be expec❀ted. Games are such a huge moneymaker in technology that not taking at least a small slice of it is just leaving a ton of cash for already very wealthy game devs like EA and Activision. Maybe a graduated system where the more money you make, the more of a cut Microsoft takes, would make for a more indie-friendly revenue sharing program.
