On April 14, Mojang announced that 1.17 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Minecraft update, Caves and Cliffs, would be split into two parts and delayed. 🐈This update is bringing a new variety of blocks and mobs, and well as new biomes and updated world generation. The 1.17 update was 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:first announced in October 2020 as part of the Minecraft Live event. Mojang unveiled their newest update with a release date of Summer 2021. The Caves and Cliffs update will 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:bring new mobs, like the warden. The warden is a blind (but terrifying) enemy who spawns in the new Deep Dark biome. In addition to a complex cave system and underground biomes, Mojang is changing the way that mountains generate. Mountain ranges will feel more 'real', with a 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:higher build limit.
This update is big. It's so big that it's being split into two parts. took to their website to explain what is going on and included a video that you can watch below. The first part is still expected to release in Summer 2021, but the second part has been delayed to the holiday season. Mojang didn't really go into detail on the holiday season, but we can expect to see the second part release later in ✱2021. More updates on the 1.17 update will be shared in the coming weeks.
Th♒e question is, what is going to be in each part? In the first part of the 💟update, we will be getting new mobs and blocks. Mojang listed this to include: "Goat, Axolotl, Crystals + Spyglass + Geodes + Tinted Glass, Copper + Lightning Rod, Glow Squid + Glow Ink, Powder Snow, Lush Cave Blocks, Dripstone Cave Blocks, Deepslate + Ore Variants, Glow Lichen, and Multiplayer Sleeping Rule (Java only)." In the holiday update, we can expect to see everything else that is included in the 1.17 update.
The Caves and Cliffs update is highly anticipated throughout the Minecraft community. In June 2020, we received the 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Nether update as well. This update expanded the Nether, adding new biomes, blocks, and mobs. The update was large, but it did൩n't change the Overworld as the 1.17 update will. The last time we saw new biomes to the Overworld was in 2018, with Update Aquatic. It's been a few years though, and now we are getting more Overworld biomes.
Although we have to wait a bit longer for the full update, it will definitely be worth it. The 1.17 update will bring so much new content, including the 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:cutest axolotl mob.
