You can buy Switch Online + Expansion Pack (which includes the N64 library) for just £34.99 per year. Not only will you get access to Turok and Perfect Dark, but other classics like Majora's Mask, Super Mario 64, Pokemon Snap, Harvest Moon 64, Banjo-Kazooie, and more.
Per𒆙fect Dark will even support online multiplayer on Nintendo Switch. The original had both a co-operative mode൩ and deathmatch, which included AI bots.
If you haven't played or heard of either of these games before, Turok is a Doom-inspired FPS in which you search various jungle-based levels for pieces of the Chronoscepter. As the name suggests, you fend off dinosaurs, but also demons, poachers, and of course, gunmen. Perfect Dark on the other hand puts you into the shoes of Joanna Dark as she unravels a conspiracy involving little grey aliens. It's a spiritual successor to Rare's iconic GoldenEye 007 game which is also available on Switch Online.
Perfect Dark Is Also Getting A Remake
Four years ago, Xbox announced that it was remaking the Rare classic for modern consoles, although details have been incredibly scarce with reports of ♚it being in a &quo𝓀t;very rough state" (although some insiders such as Jeff Grubb claim that it's actually in a "really good state").
