To compensate for the delayed schedule, Capcom will be extending the current "Full Bloom Festival" event and other event quests for the foreseeable future. This will give players a ton of opportunities to gear up for Alatreon so that they are fully prepared for his inclusion. I recommend running that Resident Evil 2 event a bunch of times.
This turn of events is pretty much to be expected with the current global predicament. Gaming might be a digital hobby, but there's a real-world component to creating the titles we love so much. No one should be put in danger just to give us free/extra content, so I'm happy Capcom is putting the safety of its employees ahead of Monster Hunter.
Whenever the team is able to get the update out is fine with me. I've put more time iꩵnto the base game than I'd like to admit and I continue coming back for more. If waiting a month or so for Alatreon is the worst thing fans📖 have to deal with, then that's absolutely worth the delay. There's no sense in rushing something out just to hit an announced deadline.
