Every dungeon is procedurally generated every time you enter it, but the encounters you'll come across and rooms you enter will be fairly similar regardless. Here are all the dungeons in Moonlighter, ranked.

6 ꦉ Golem Dungeon

Will fighting a horde of Golems

The Golem Dungeon is Moonlighter's first dungeon and is the easiest to progress through. It has the most basic enemies you'll encounter across the whole game and its boss, the Golem King, is a pretty simple fight.

You'll climb three floors to reach that fight, and on the way, you'll fight enemies including Baby Slimes, Flying Golems, Golem Turrets, and Golem Warriors. This dungeon is where you'll find the most basic artifacts in the game, which form the base parts of many crafting recipes - as a result, you'll probably spend a fair bit of time in here. Completing this dungeon will unlock the Forest Dungeon.

5 ⭕ Forest Dungeon

Will exploring the Forest Dungeon

The Forest Dungeon is the second dungeon in the game and is, as you can imagine, themed around the forest and full of plant-based enemies. It's got three floors, and the final fight in this dungeon is against the Carnivorous Mutae who definitely can cause you some issues if you're not careful.

The enemies in this dungeon will drop a lot of ingredients needed for weapon and armor crafting such as Magic Wood, Empowering Crystals, Jelly, and valuable items that can be sold in your shop including the Forest Histories. They're a lot tougher too, and the various mimics you'll stumble across can be a nasty surprise if you're not able to react quick enough. It's definitely one of the game's better-looking dungeons as well, with some real highlights in both enemy and environmental design.

4 Desert Dungeon 🌊

Will in the desert dungeon

The Desert Dungeon is the third dungeon you'll explore in Moonlighter, and is home to one of the game's toughest bosses, Naja. You'll encounter this boss at the end of the dungeon's third floor, and on the way, you'll have to deal with some tough enemies including Fire Slimes, The Lava Catapult, and Fire Puppets. Most of the enemies in this dungeon possess fire attacks and so most of the dropped items in this dungeon revolve around fire and fireproofing.

Naja is a really tough boss, with each of its different segments throwing a unique attack at Will, which can definitely make things quite overwhelming if you're not prepared for it. You'll probably need to head 🐻into this dungeon with at least tier three weapons and armor to survive.

3 ♔ 💫 Tech Dungeon

Will fighting enemies in the tech dungeon

The Tech Dungeon is the fourth unlockable dungeon in Moonlighter and is a step away from the game's other dungeons with its unique futuristic theme. The enemies you'll encounter in this dungeon are some of the strongest in the game and are all themed around energy and electronic parts. The Tech Turret, Tech Tangle, and Death Generator are three to watch out for in particular.

The Energy Flux lies at the end of this dungeon and is a tough boss. You'll spend most of the time fighting it on the defensive, dodging the electric attacks it will constantly launch in your direction. The Tech Dungeon and its 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:boss are the most unique in the game and are required to unlock the fifth dungeon, which 💙acts as the conclusion of the main game.

2 Wanderer Dungeon 💞 🧜

Moonlighter Enraged Wanderer boss room with Will running around

The Wanderer Dungeon was added into Moonlighter as a part of the games Between Dimensions DLC, containing a set of brand new enemies and minibosses for Will to take on. These are some of the toughest enemies in Moonlighter, especially because the dungeon has♓ eight floors for you to 🥂successfully navigate without dying. Dual Wield Skeletons, Dimensional Worms, Corrupt Dimensional Watchers, and Dimensional Wizards all await you across the dungeon's numerous floors, with each being very dangerous opponents if you're not well prepared to take them on.

The Enraged Wanderer is the dungeon's final boss and is a souped-up version of the Wanderer enemy found in all of the games' previous dungeons. Considering how tough the journey to get to him is, it's a surprisingly simple boss to fight, especially if you're willing to use a playstyle focused on soaking up damage and not being afraid to be hit in order to sink more damage into it.

1 ܫ U🅺nknown Dungeon

Moonlighter Last Dimensional Pirate waving arms around

The Unknown Dungeon is the concluding dungeon to the game and is unlocked only after you beat all four initial dungeons. Its design is unique from any other dungeon in the game, containing only a boss fight against the games final boss, the Last Dimensional Pirate. The fight contains two phases, with the first being against the pirate's 'human' form, before he transforms into a giant blob creature.

The fight is the hardest of the main five, and a fitting conclusion to the game's story. You'll no doubt struggle against this boss if you don't have fully upgraded weapons, armor, and several HP potions - so don't even consider heading into the dungeon unless you're fully equipped. It's the toughest fight in the game, and considering all the requirements needed to get to this dungeon it, ranks as number one on this list.
