168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Mortal Kombat 1's Invasions mode is in its second season, but it's hardly been a hit with fans. While other areas of the game are far more controversial - 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:especially its microtransactions - Invasions has failed to excite players, with it often labelled boring, and a downgrade from 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Mortal Kombat 11's Krypt.
Now, fans have a chance to vent these frustrations. A from 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:NetherRealm Studios is being shared around the playerbase, asking fans if they're still bothering to play Invasions, and if not, why they've bounced off after just two seasons.
Diving into the survey, you're given the option to say that you played the first season, but have since left Invasions untouched. If this applies to you, you can select from a range of reasons, including:
- The gameplay is too different from regular Mortal Kombat gameplay.
- It takes too long to unlock everything that I want.
- I felt loss and didn’t know how to progress further.
- I dislike the overall experience of INVASIONS [sic] mode.
- INVASIONS felt too repetitive.
- There was a lack of story/narrative in INVASIONS.
Later on, you're able to provide written feedback on the second season of Invasions, Blood Moon. Given the talk online, it's fair to say that many players won't struggle to fill out the box on what they dislike about the game mode, even if it isn't their biggest grievance with Mortal Kombat 1.
"♌;Too many non-impactful fights make it feel a bit too grindy," says Reddit user turtleForest_. "Adding in spaces where you interact with characters or NPCs, explore the lore of the stages/world, or have characters interacting with each other would make the game mode feel slightly more alive."
Many others agree, feeling that Mortal Kombat 1 needs to have more to other than just combat. "It should be shorter and have banter intros to fights," says patrick9772. "I really like the concept of the RPG, the maps and keys and all that but it needs to b🐷e more."
Considering that the next three seasons of ꦏInvasions have already leaked, it's not clear if fan feedback will be acted on right away. But at the very least, the survey shows that NetherRealm is trying to gauge what players want, and will hopefully make changes to the game to reflect that. Now, it just needs to look at the price tags on skins in the store, and all will be well.
