In 2019, Pokémon trainers were introduced to the Galar region thanks to the release of 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Pokémon Sword & Shield. The new countryside provided lifelong fans of the Pokémon franchise with a vast new landscape inspired by the United Kingdom, ꧒and m🎉ore specifically England.
Along with the ferocious and friendly-looking pokémon, there was also a handful of new pocket monsters that won the hearts of trainers around the world. Let's now look at and rank the 10 most 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:adorable Pokémon from the Galar region in Pokémon Sword & Shield.
Updated June 22nd, 2020 by Meg Pelliccio: With the recent release of Pokémon Sword & Shield's first expansion content, Isle of Armor, players are returning to the Galar region to check out the new area and continue their Pokémon journey. The adds a whole new island to explore, new story content, brings back some favorite Pokémon from previous titles, as well as adding new Pokémon, and new Galarian and Gigantamax forms.
Unsurprisingly, some of these new additions are notably adorable and players are already choosing their new favorites to add to their Pokémon parties. Check out these adorable Galar exclusive Pokémon to get some inspiration for your own team setup.
15 Nickit
This adorable little fox Pokémon is encountered very early in Pokémon Sword and Shield, alongs🦂ide other notably cute Pokémon new to the series. This made it even more difficult for players to decide which cuties to include in their parti🉐es.
Nickit lives up to its name and is known for stealing food from other Pokémon, it is able to move sile𝓡ntly and covers its tracks with its tail. Additionally, this Pokémon has the potential to have the Run Away ability, ensuring that players can flee from battles.
14 Alcremie
Not only is Alcremie a very cute Pokémon design that infuses a dessert with the complexity of a living creature, but it comes in various forms. Depending on what a traine꧒r does during the evolutionary process, they can 🃏wind up with a variety of different Alcremie.
There are 9 forms of Alcremie with 7 different variants of each form, which means that there are 63 different ways an Alcr💎emie can look upon evolution. The reason it's not higher on the list is that the Pokédex mentions some weird things in regards to trainers eating the cream Alcremie produces.
13 Dreepy
Dreepy is a dragon/ghost Pokémon that players quickly fell in love with and it solidified itself as a firm fan-favorite. When Pokémon Sword and Shield first released, these little guys were so popular that they practically had a monopoly on surprise trades and their evolved form💎s were often found paired up with players in raids.
It's not hard to see how this adorable little ghostly dragon managed to win the hearts of players all over the world, and it remains a popular choice even after the many months since the ga𒅌me first released.
12 Snom
Snom is arguably the cutest 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:ice-type Pokémon that's ever existing. This little creature also happens to be the type of Pokémon that evolves based on its friendship level with the trainer who o🤡wns it. One look at this tiny guy will be enough to persuade you to have it by your side for the rest of your life.
If you're familiar with the game 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Hollow Knight, Snom might come across as a possib𝔉le non-playable character from that game as its head and eyes share a similar art and design style of those found in Team Cherry's breakout platforming hit.
11 Sinistea
Pokémon Sword and Shield takes a lot of inspiration from the English culture and country, so it didn't come as a surprise to fans when one of the Pokémon was based on a teacup (it even evolves into a teapot form too🌳).
This little ghostly cup with its cute face is like something you'd find in 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Beauty and the Beast. Despite being a ghost type, it's absol🥂utely adorable and soon found it𝔍s way into the fandom's hall of favorites, with many players spending hours of their time hunting down the authentic version, rather than settling for the counterfeit.
10 Cufant
For a while, fans have wondered when Pokémon would reveal new elephant-inspired Pokémon. The only ones the series has ever really had were Donphan and Phanpy, with the former reading much more like a boar than an elephant🍎.
With the introduction of the Galar re♕gion, fans got to meet Cufant and its evolution Copperajah. Cufant's final form may🌳 not be as welcoming or adorable as it is, but it does manage to feel like an elephant. Its shiny form happens to be bright yellow, making it even more desirable.
9 Skwovet
Ever since the initial games that took place in the Kanto region, GameFreak and The Pokémon Company have done a better job at making the small mammal evolutionary line you encounter early in 🌠the game a lot cuter and approachable. They've come a long way since the days of Rattata and Raticate.
Skwovet is the early tiny mammal you encounter in the 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Galar region and is as cute as you'd like a s🐭quirrel🦹 Pokémon to be. Its appearance on the anime puts its never-ending appetite on display, which foreshadows its plump and cuddly final evolution.
8 Morpeko
Morpeko is probably best known for being one of Marnie's Pokémon in Sword and Shield. Many players b🐈ecame desperate to find a Morpeko of their own after they first encountered the gothic punky girl NPC as part of the story content.
This little Pokémon has a bit of a Jekyll and Hyde personality, with its form and temperament changing when it goes into Hangry mode. Regardless of whether its purple and angry or all smiles, this electric/dark Pokémon is very adorable.
7 Grookey
When it comes to the starters in any new set of Pokémon games, it's all about preference. Grookey is a cute little simian that has a natural connection to music which it becomes more acquainted with as it evolves and grow꧙s.
It's not higher on the list because it doesn't come across as e🍬ndearing as the other two starters, though it's not as sad as Sobble, or possibly mischievous as Scorbunny could be. Baby simians are cute, but it's hard for them to compete when human babies will always ℱget the edge when it comes to the perspective of humans.
6 Wooloo
Wooloo may not be the first sheep pokémon, but there shouldn't be ꦍan argument as to whether it's the cutest. Mareep is a fine pokémon design, but compared to Wooloo's bulbous body and shining white wool, it doesn't have a chance.
Whoever came up with the design of Wooloo did a great job at making a pokémon who likely won't be used in battle, super sought-after. T👍he is also irresistibly cute as it trades its blackface and white wool for the inverse, with its gray braids on either side of its hea♍d remaining the same color.
