Buy New Clothes
Numerous shops, like Tailor Made, have outfits available. Some can be purchased with Gols while others need specific badges to be exchanged first. You'll find tops, bottoms, hats, accessories, and more in various colors and styles in Sandrock.
You can check the stats of your gear by hovering over the items you're looking to change.
Make New Clothes
You can make new clothes at worktables and by using the Tailoring Machine. You'll have to research the Tailoring Machine using data discs with Qi, but once it's created, you can use it to make more fashionable items.
Set Outfit And Equipment
While there are so many unique combinations to make, you also need to take into account what stats your clothing has. Sometimes the best stats don't equal the best style (as is often the case). Instead, you can set your equipment and outfit separately.
Applying your outfit doesn't affect your stats. Feel free to style your builder however you'd like!
When in the character menu, you can toggle between your equipment and your outfit. The checkbox at the bottom that says "Apply Outfit" will let you toggle between displaying your chosen outfit or your current equipment. Never compromise safety for style again.
