168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Narut👍o x Boruto: Ultimate Ninja Storm Connꦆections' latest trailer appeared to show some battle mechanics that weren't present in the old Ninja Storm games, including the possibility of characters having more than one jutsu.
Last week, Bandai Namco unveiled some new gameplay footage for Ultimate Ninja Storm Connections, which revealed tha🔜t Baryon Mode Naruto and a new form for Sasuke will be included in the staꦍrting roster. Getting a new form for Naruto and Sasuke is exciting e🔥nough, but it ♓appears that the gameplay footage might have been hiding some other things.
, who analysed the footage of Sasuke and Naruto fighting and discovered that Connections might have some brand-new battle mechanics. The first new addition appears to be the ability to bounce opponents after an air combo, similar to 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Demon Slayer: Hinokami Chronicles. In the old Ultimate Ninja Storm games, the end of an air combo would just send th🐎e other fight♋ing crashing into the ground, but the footage here shows Sasuke doing a little bounce instead.
The bounce itself is short, but it seems to suggest that the combo can be continued on from the end of Naruto's air combo, although it would require the use of a Jutsu dash to reach him in time. The footage also shows Naruto continuing to attack Sasuke after he rolls, which used to have invincibility frames before, suggesting that Connections will allow for much longer combos. This makes sense considering Ultimate Ninja Storm gives players a way to break out in the form of substitutions.
Storm Master also believes that the footage shows that each character will now have more than one jutsu. The reasoning behind this is that Baryon Mode Naruto can be seen using both a Rasengan and a move where he leaps in the air and hits the ground. Since Naruto glows blue before both of these moves, it certainly looks like he's activated a jutsu, which suggests characters have more than one at any given time, again similar to what CyberConnect2 did with Demon Slayer: Hinokami Chronicles.
One thing that might go against this idea, however, is that previous Ultimate Ninja Storm games have included Awakenings that have unique jutsu prompts, like Rock Lee's Eight Gates, Shino's, uh, bugs, and Hinata's Twin Lion Fists to name a few. It could be the same here, especially as characters having more than one jutsu would require a ton of work considering how massive Ultimate Ninja Storm 4's roster was.
Storm Master's video concludes by noting that the footage only showed Baryon Mode Naruto utilising these new mechanics, as Sasuke's footage was more in-line with how Ultimate Ninja Storm 4 played. Therefore, it's currently not clear if Connections will give characters more than one jutsu or extend how long combos can go on for, but the footage certainly seems to suggest that some changes have been made to the mechanics.
