Neon White was first revealed way back in February last year, but we'll finally be able to get our hands on the game next week. Revealed during the Summer Game Fest, Neon White will launch on both Nintendo Switch and PC on June 16, and won't be coming to either Xbox or PlayStation consoles at the time of writing.
If you haven't heard of the game, it's essentially a game that focuses on speerunning, but players must pick up and utilise cards in order to traverse each level and take out all enemies within it. Each level is designed to be played over and over again, gradually finding the most optimum routes to finish it the quickest. While speedrunning is the focus, there's also a dating sim mixed up in there as well, as you'll get to know the game's many characters, unlock side quests, and discover memories of your past which could potentially affect the game's ending. You play as a demon assassin who is tasked with eradicating the demon presence from heaven, competing with other demon assassins to earn a place in heaven.
Neon White was just one of interesting reveals during Summer Game Fest, as we also got a🌠n e༺xtended look at some gameplay from The Callisto Protocol - which continues to look like a pretty good-looking Dead Space spiritual successor - as well as 168澳洲𒉰幸运5开奖网:the reveal of Guile i𝓡n Street Fighter 6 alongside some new gameplay footage.
We also got the announcement that Naughty Dog is releasing a PS5 remake of The Last of Us on September 2, confirming an earlier leak which pretty much revealed everything two hours beforehand, but we also got the news that Joel and Ellie voice actors Troy Baker and Ashley Johnson will feature in The Last 💫of Us TV show.
