Netflix's upcoming Dragon's Dogma anime now has a re𒐪lease date: September 1ܫ7th, 2020. Oh, and some teaser images too.
Sure, it's been a little over a year since Netflix's Dragon's Dogma anime adaptation was announced in♐ partnership with Sublimatio꧃n, but hey! Better late than never.
On September 17th, we'll get our first look at what Netflix has done with Capcom's popular action RPG from the PlayStation 3 generation. Dragon's Dogma was originally released in 2013 and featured an extensive character customizer that also lets you🌟 create your o🦩wn "Pawn," a follower that would both help you in combat and could be sent to help out other players online.
Dragon's Dogma sold over a million copies and even generated an MMORPG sequel in Dragon's Dogma Online. Tragically, that MMO 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:closed down its servers last December, but don't feel too bad for Capcom. 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Monster Hunter: World is doing just fine.
The story in Dragon's Dogma will center around "a man’s journey seeking🐟 revenge on a dragon who stole his heart." Along the way, he'll dꦇie, be brought back to life as an Arisen, and be challenged by evil demons representing the seven deadly sins.
And now, according to the recent Tweet from Netflix, he'll also have to face The Dragon an𒊎d defeat the oncoming apocalypse. Sounds✤ like a lot of pressure for one dude to deal with.
The official Dragon's Dogma Twitter channel also had a🐽 few additional teaser ima♔ges to share, including some character shots, a big CG dragon, and a poster.
Frankly, ever since Castlevania came out of Netflix, the platform can do no wrong with its anime adaptations. That show is getting its fourth season "soon," although the exact date remains a mystery.
Netflix is on a tear with turning games into binge-worthy content, with Cuphead also coming to Netflix 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:as a retro kid's cartoon. We don’t know the release date on that one either. We’ll stay glued to Twitter for any news while we rewatch Avatar: The Last Airbender for the nineteenth time.
