Netflix's new television adaptation of 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:The Witcher will release on Decemb♏er 20 and 🌊Netflix is celebrating with a new job posting looking for a real, live Witcher.

While the source material for Netflix's Witcher series is a series of Polish books by author Andrzej Sapkowski, it could be argued that protagonist Geralt's appearance, a facsimile of the video game version of Geralt, means that the new TV show is, at least in part, based on a game based on a series of books. To promote the new series and its kind of cඣrazy origin, Netflix has done something else crazy and posted a for a witcher.

For those with no Witcher-verse knowledge, a witcher is something of a magical monster hunter. Prospective witchers are required to undergo rigorous training in order to be accepted into the profession. Geralt of Rivia, the protagonist of the Witcher fra𒅌nchise, is himself a witcher. While there are others throughout the series, there are relatively few in total, as the job's selectivity makes for low numbers.

That said, some key requirements to work as a witcher for Netflix include a four-year degree from an accredited witcher university (or equivalent experience), negotiating skills — anyone who's played the Witcher games understands the importance of this prerequisite — and an innate understanding of the general concepts of lesser evil and greater꧟ good (naturally.) That, plus a couple of swords and a horse (bonus points if it's called Roach) should at least get any prospective witchers a foot in the door.

Pos♔ted to the "Security" category of Netflix's job site, the job description asks not just for the protection of those working at one of Netflix's office spaces, but for the protection of 158 million Netflix subscribers in 190 countries. So, those thinking of applying should also be aware that this is a demanding position; maybe even the most demanding job in the entire job market.

The true purpose of this stunt is revealed at the end of the job posting. Netflix is asking for videos from job candidates to be emailed t🌃o a unique email address, witcherforhire@netflix.com. Those videos may then be featured on Netflix's social media. As the show nears closer to its release date and starts spawning inevitable rev𓂃iews and think pieces, we're hoping that videos from Netflix's witcher candidates will pop up online alongside them.
