It feels like the release of 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:God of War Ragnarok was an age away right now, and those that have played it and have seen the final credits will know that it simultaneously wraps up the Norse chapter of Kratos' journey quite well, whilst also leaving enough wiggle room for developer Santa Monica Studio to revisit these characters. According to a recent job listing on the developer's website, it seems like the latter is much more likely.

While this is unconfirmed at the moment, appears to suggest that Santa Monica Studio has something 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:God of War-related in development, and it's it's more than likely a brand new game rather than any DLC for God of War Ragnarok. The listing explains that Santa Monica Studio is looking for an experienced Combat Designer to work with Lead Combat Designers and Directors on character and boss designs for "a new unannounced title."

While Santa Monica Studio doesn't outright state that it's a God of War project, one of the requirements for this role is for the prospective employee to have "knowledge of God of War (2018) and God of War Ragnarök (2022)". It's pretty safe to assume that anyone being hired that is required to have knowledge of those two titles means they'll be working on the series.

Obviously, we don't quite know what the next God of War game will entail given how open ended Ragnarok left things. We could get a standalone adventure with Atreus as he journeys around with Angrboda to find the rest of the Giants. We could get more story with Freya and Kratos as they try to rebuild the Norse realms after the devastation of Ragnarok. Your theory is as good as mine, but what we do know is that there seems to be some kind of God of War project in the works, that much appears to be pretty certain.

We also know that it probably won't be announced any time soon. Take away the fact that Santa Monica Studio is looking for Combat Designers, it's already been confirmed that PlayStation studios like Naughty Dog and Guerilla Games 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:ta🗹ke upwards of six years to mak𒁃e their games thanks to some court documents from the Microsoft vs FTC trial that took place earlier this year. There's no reason why Santa Monica wouldn't be the same, so while it's nice to know God of War is still being worked on, don't go expecting one any time soon.
