for the Nintendo Switch. There was no concept art released with this announcement, just the promise that Harvest Moon: One World will have “an all-new engine and graphics.”
Harvest Moon is a farm simulator game that charges players with maintaining a farm through raising livestock, planting and selling crops, and foraging. There are also personal elements to the game like making friends and forming relationships with other villagers and even attending local festivals. It’s similar in concept to games like Animal Crossing and Stardew Valley.
As is the case with all other Harvest Moon games released from Natsume, most things about this latest installment are pretty heavily shrouded in mystery. All fans have to go off of is the logo, which is comprised of a wooden 3D sign and a little filigree leaf banner framing the bottom. This release is even more sparse than previous Harvest Moon games, Light of Hope and Skytree Village, which at least contained some character an꧃d scener🌊y art.
Harvest Moon: One World will be available on the Switch in North and ꧂South America and Europe sometime in 2020.
Hopefully, the air of mystery🌳 around this new piece of the franchise will reveal something great to come.
