I said I wanted He💫lldivers 2’s Automatons to come back, but I didn’t think they would actually return to so quickly. After just a day of the bots being ‘eradicated’ from the galaxy, they came back from god knows where with a vengeance and have taken over two entire sectors unimpeded, 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:🍎includin𝄹g the one that houses Cyberstan. I was hoping to catch a break and delve deep into♐ a new RPG, but once again, man makes plans and Game Master Joel laughs.

Like a good soldier, I ran straight back into the fray armed with a Quasar Cannon and a 500kg bomb stratagem to complete the new Major Order, which calls for players to defꦆend five planets. When I logged in, two planets were being actively contested: Chort Bay and Penta. I picked Chort Bay, mostly because there were more people fightingꦉ on it and the name is funnier.

I didn’t realise this at the time, but i꧟t’s smarter to be gunning for Lesath and Choohe after Menkent is liberated, just going off of supplꦿy lines.

I thought Malevelon Creek was bad, but Chor🐼t Bay is my new worst enemy. This is my idea of hell. There are two effects active on the planet that make it absolutely brutal. Intense heat means💃 stamina drain increases, while heat buildup in weapons is sped up. And violent acid storms reduce visibility.

Both are disgusting, in different ways. You really feel the stamina drain when playing on Chort Bay, particularly because mission objectives and enemy spawn points tend to be pretty close together. If you don’t have the firepower to take on massi⛦ve numbers of enemies, running away isn&rs🍃quo;t an option – you’ll drain your stamina bar before you get very far in any direction.

But the acid storms are what make Chort Bay truly hellish. Chort Bay is already a pretty dusty planet when there isn’t a storm going on. It’s hard to see very far into the distance, and as a sniper-style player, this sucks for me. My usual MO is that I find somewhere high up to camp, lie 💝down, and fire Quasar bolts at big bots and the ships that drop them from the sky. It’s efficient, takes out large n꧒umbers of enemies at a time, and allows me to stay alive and useful for longer. Even without the rain, it’s hard to do this.

With the rain, it’s almost impossible. The storm limits my visibility to just a few meters, giving the Automatons plenty of time to run up towards me and smack me across the map before I can charge up my cannon. I’m running blindly towards objectives with no idea if I’m leading my squad directly into an ambush, and if I am, I don’t even have the stamina to get away from it without dying. When I’m playing with other Helldivers ofܫ a similar level, it’s rare that we end up with a total party kill, but it happens a lot on Chort Bay. You can’t see a damn thing, you can’t adequately prepare yourself, and you can’t run.

What I’m saying is: I hate Chort Bay. I hate it with all my heart, and I am leaving to fight battles on other planets that are, hopefu🐭lly, not so hostile. Of course, everywhere I could go is also filled with Automatons that wജant me dead, so… time to desert?

Helldivers 2 is the sequel to the third-person shooter from Arrowhead Game Studios. This time out, the Helldivers are deep in the Galactic War, and it's up to you to bring Managed Democracy to the masses.
